Customer at Fender sucks. It was not alway that way. Talked. to A rep today for a truss rod wrench that I did not receive with a 900.00 guitar. ELeigh said I had to email my receipt to prove it was new. A 2 cent part was going to break Fender. I have spent nearly 8000.00 in the last 3 years to talk to this ........ Very sad .Fender I hope your proud of yor workers.

i have been servceing fender fsince 1974. and now i need a service manual to service your equiptment, and you tell me you will not sell me a service manual. I am very diapointed with Fender for not helping indepent servicers.
