I ordered outdoor Solar lighting from QVC and the batteries inserted were 1.2V, 600 mAH and the battery was marked Energizer SOLAR battery. I need to replace 2 and cannot find those same batteries anywhere.

I emailed Energizer and even attached a picture of the battery, but never received a response. So much for Customer Service.

In the meantime bought great batteries from Amazon and passed the info along to the 38 members in my address book; 31 of which have also ordered them. Thru with Energizer, much better companies with lower prices and long life batteries.

Walgreens still advertising "Buy $15 in Energizer Battery or lights purchase" receive a 5 gift card for Walgreens.
Only to find out the Pink sticker on your AA16 Batteries is expired.
Bought 24 dollars worth, ready to send, and date is not any good.
Please have them remove this deceiving advertising.

I use more batteries throughout the year, than the average American family. I have three children with countless battery operated toys, not to mention my home flashlights, T.V. remote controls, radios, etc. I also have tactical flashlights and other components that I use to assist in keeping me alive in dangerous situations. (24/7/365) I recently went to my local Home Depot and noticed a sale on Energizer batteries. I hesitated, but proceeded to buy ONE 24 PACK of AAA & 24 pack of AA Energizers. I now can say without hesitation, that for the minuscule difference in price, that Energizer batteries are FAR LES EFFICIENT and do NOT (APPROX 40%) NEARLY AS LONG AS DURACELL BATTERIES. Further, I called customer service to advise the company of my findings and they had the audacity to request that I take photographs of the batteries and send photos to them FOR A COUPON!!! This is UNHEARD OF among huge companies such as Energizer. I had called a well known THERMOS company regarding a faulty THERMOS COVER. They asked for my name, address and I.D. number for the product in question & simply mailed me a replacement cover.THAT IS PROPER BUSINESS ETHICS. I will do everything in my power to pass the proverbial word among my friends & piers, to NEVER BUY ANY ENERGIZER PRODUCTS. Not only are they SUB-PAR, but customer service practices are disgraceful. (P.S.) The replacement THERMOS COVER I mentioned above is fora $140.00 thermos,. not just a junk plastic thermos. That company stands behind the products they manufacture and sell and RESPECT THE CUSTOMER BASE, very much UNLIKE ENERGIZER!

This won't change anything, but why did you change the energizer Rechargeable Led Light? One brightness setting is better than two?? Having a bump stick in your hand is better than smooth, hand-fitting? We still have our old one. Working fine. Name worn off. Bad design change.....

Your NiMH AA/AAA battery charger, even using your recommended batteries, does not work. It worked one time and never again. Please take this piece of crap back to the drawing room and don't release another until you are SURE it works. Don't believe me, check reviews on Amazon and Target.

My family love Energizer batteries if you could send coupons it would be great.

I have come across several 6 volt energizer battery packs that leak a foul order. The packs were hot upon touch without any connections applied to them. This put all my science classroom students in danger, and many could not display their circuit models due to this. Consumer beware. Customer service calling was inconvenient.

I have an 8 pack of Energizer Max batteries. Five of the 8 batteries are ALL leaking in the blister pack in which I bought them. On the pack is a useless 800 number. When you call, all you get is a long drawn out bunch of recorded crap, and instructions to go to their web site. As a consumer, I think it is horrendous that Energizer has a customer service number, and refuses to speak to the consumer when the customer does call. I guess I'm screwed, stuck with leaking batteries. Energizer is a rip off, a bunch of S O B's. I don't care how "cute" their Bunny is. I will NEVER buy another Energizer product again. I will tell my story to EVERYONE I come into contact with, and discourage them from trusting Energizer.

Two days ago I used an Energizer NiMH battery charger, charging 4 AA batteries. The model# seems to be R1216. There is also a small sticker that has "Q.C. passed 12116" on it. I plugged in the charger one evening and red lights came on. In the morning I went to unplug it. The red lights were still on (usually meaning that the batteries were still charging). I went to unplug it and it was almost too hot to touch. I removed the batteries. Each battery was almost too hot to touch. After the batteries cooled, I placed them in the charger of another brand. The red light on that charger went out with-in minutes. The batteries are charged. I think your product is dangerous. I will throw it away. I'm sorry that I didn't keep the receipt; I do not recall where I bought it.

We own a 525 dollar musical wall clock. Several months ago we put in four Eveready batteries. We took them out to replace them when daylight saving time ended. One side of the battery compartment is full of corrosion from a leaky battery. I am afraid the corrosion has ruined an expensive clock. What avenues do we have to remedy this? Sincerely David W.Tonn, First

no answer at number listed. email link doesn't work, phone number doesn't work, chat doesn't work. How helpful is that???

I'm almost 70 years old now. I bought a two pack of the CR2032 batteries and when I got home I could not open the package. I tried scissors that were too old I guess. I had to return to the store and wait in the customer service line and ask someone to open the package.

It seems there are more and more things I need to buy where I end up in the customer service line waiting for someone to open those products packaging.

What paranoid people these companies are.

You company sponsors NFL Football. I will never buy your product again as long as you buy advertising in support of the NFL while they disrespect the flag, our National Anthem and the country that gives them such advantages almost no one else in this country enjoys!

Customer Service Stinks!!! Spoke To Someone In India Who Couldn't Understand Nor Speak English. Last Time I Buy Your Producta

have learned via contact-us phone tree that Energizer has been making batteries w/ 4% recycled material since 2015. Admirable in itself, but is this why the batteries no longer last so long as they used to? Can't give you mfg lot #s since I recycle the cardboard portion of the packaging, but can tell you that a flashlight in which I use 3 AAAs exhausted battery life after a month (before you ask: the light is used perhaps once a day for about 30 sec, just long enough to read labels on CDs)

What CS? You can't talk to a Human being no matter what button you push. They don't even mention all of their product line choices. I finally found their Home Office location and got an actual phone number, but called and could only be put through to some CS persons voicemail. That was days ago, and they never returned our call. You have to have one of the WORST customer service attention we have ever seen. We will steer clear of purchasing any other Energizer products. Totally disgusted and angry customer.

Hello

I hope you can help me. I purchased a solar lamp post from QVC for my some for Christmas last year. He just moved into a new house and finally got a chance to use it. He put it together adn it worked one night and now the lights only come on once in a while. He has changed the batteries and put new rechargable ones in it and has moved it to a brighter place ine his yard. It is still doing the same thing. It really is nice when it does come one but who wants something that only works half the time.

Is there anyway I can get replacement light covers so he can continue to use it. I happen to be there one night when it did come one and it is really bright and lights their deck very nicely.

I went back on QVC and apparently they aren't selling it anymore so I turned to you.

Please let me know what can be done so he can use his light all the time.

Thank you ....Linda Gizenski

The item number from Qvc

I need a replacement part for

MODEL: EN120
Energizer Cup Inverter 12V. It has 4 USB ports and 1 electric outlet.

I need a replacement cable for the plug in cable so I can use my charger. The cable broke shortly after I started using it with just normal usage of plugging it into my car charger.

I purchased some AAA rechargable batteries this evening. It says precharged on the package. However, when I got home to use them they were dead as well as the AA batteries that came with the charger. That's false advertising...
