i placed an order today is supposed to be my delivery, and no one has called. Been trying for 3 days to get a hold of live person. and nothing. I will never order from Electolux family store again. i will make sure that no one at my work and my husband's work orders from this store again.

I'm pissed had this Electrolux oven for a few years now the first one I got the front burner would blowout almost catching you on fire they replaced it and now I'm having the same issue with this one . The customer service guy named Jared told me I would have to pay almost $200 for that one piece and then pay for the labor and can you imagine what the labor would be to take a loose a hold oven know thank you . So I told the guy if this happen before with a new oven and now it's happening again then there's something faulty with these ovens . If anything happens to one of my family members they want here the last of me . This is clearly a malfunction in these ovens and Electrolux is not going to do anything about it until someone gets hurt . I will not ever purchase another Electrolux appliance .

Called in on. This was the help number printed in the refrigerator back in 2003, and it still works. Waited on hold about 7 minutes before a rep answered.

The refrig has some issue with the freezer fan- it has trouble starting. The fan starts and stops about 5 or 10 times, before running its normal cycle. Temp is still OK.

We had a local appliance tech replace the fan motor for $191 (P&L) but there is still a problem with poor starting.

When this rep AMANDA answered today, she was unaware of similar issues; just said it might mean additional components are failing and a tech would need to see the machine to really diagnose it.

I have Electrolux 2 in 1 cyclonic sweeper that turns on and off and does not vacuum. - have charged and cleaned unit so no obstructions . What now?

My 4 year old refrigerator needs a new ice maker and digital panel costing $300 plus installation costs on top of the $100 diagnostic fee I already paid. I called customer service and after an hour of haggling was told I could receive a 50 percent discount on the parts. I had to order them myself and have them shipped to my home. The authorized dealer in my town would not honor any warranty on the parts or the labor to install them if I ordered the parts myself. I called customer service and after another hour of haggling I was told that it was not their problem and the offer expired in 30 days. I realized that in order to get me off the phone, the customer service supervisor offered me a discount that was worthless or could actually cost me more in the future if I ordered the replacement parts and they were defective. .

I am extremely satisfied with the cleaning capabilities of my washer purchased sept 13th 2016 but, the spin cycle is extremely loud, the machine vibrates to the point of rattling dishes in the cupboard. The dealer said that if there are fabrics of various textures the machine would perform like that.

i am a contractor and use my house as a staging place to take clients to show top of the line work we do , and thats why i got top of line appliances, all electrolux a total LOL no joke 4 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, stove worked on 4 times still not right, fridge ice never shuts off but as repair men said we are dirty people and laser light that tells when to shut off is full of dirt. we clean all the time - never seen this , so called laser light - oh by the way these are about $9000.00 worth of scrap that i will get maybe 100$ for maybe!!
worst part i have recommended these to about 6 clients who also got these and everyone regrets them. so much for my good name
my advise please do yourself a favor DONT BUY anything that is stamped with ELECTROLUX on it , you will be sorry

Electrolux should be ashamed of the way they handled my issue with their poor quality defective machine. I want to start out by saying that I'm not upset that Electrolux would meet my request but rather the fact that they simply ignored me and refused to even respond to my emails! On May 31, 2014 I purchased Electrolux steam washer and dryer. I thought these were top of the line, high quality units that would provide us with years of trouble free service. We had them for just over 2 years when the washer (model EIFLS60LT) stopped working. An authorized service tech checked the unit and said we had major problems. He said the repair was a two man job and explained that the following parts needed to be replaced; rear tub bearing, tub O' ring, pulley & nut, warped door hinge, spin basket, MCU (motor control unit) and the CCU (central control unit). The service tech said it was very unusual for such a young machine that is lightly used (Avg. 3 times a month) to need such a major repair.
On August 12, 2016 I sent an email to customer service to explain the situation and indicated that after the repair is completed I will basically have a refurbished machine which I thought was unacceptable. I asked that the machine be replaced. Later that same day I received an email from Brandi H. of Electrolux customer service. Brandi indicated that if the machine was repairable, that was what we had to do and she was sorry for the problem.
August 13, 2016 I again sent an email to customer service in which I again said I wanted the machine replaced considering the fact that Electrolux touts their quality and reliability. I asked for the contact information of someone in management with the authority to approve such a replacement and thanked her for her help. I received no response.
August 15, 2016 I sent another email indicating that I had not heard back from anyone and again requested the contact information. I received no response.
August 17, 2016 I again sent an email in which I indicated that it was obvious I was being intentionally being ignored and I didn't want to resort to commenting on consumer web sites as the the poor customer service provided by Electrolux. Again I received no response.
As of August 18, I haven't heard from Electrolux but did send another email to customer service. I will continue attempting to contact management to express my disappointment with how they handled this situation. As of August 19 I have yet to hear from Electrolux customer service. Shame on them! I would not recommend Electrolux to friends or family due to their poor , let me rephrase that, complete lack of customer service.

had service men to check a washer 13 teen times will not complet rinse,all lights blink three times then drain and shut off leaving load of wet sheets,did not spin. had service men here 14 teen times under electrolux warranty, replaced all parts twice ,rewired,motor,pump,all control switches,motor board twice,control board twice. how much time do i have to take off work? have a video of problem,show them,thy guest keep replacing same parts....

In 2010 I remodeled my kitchen and chose Electrolux for all my appliances. In the past year I have had the freezer repaired four times and presently waiting for another appointment for the same problem. (model no. EI23BC56IS2), Serial no. 4AO1200323)
There is water on the floor or the freezer ends up with ice build-up.
This has resulted with hundreds of dollars of spoiled food not to mention the inconvenience. I presently have house guests and no Refrig.
Please accept this concern of mine.

I have spent about an hour trying to set up a service call. I was diverted 3 times and put on hold each time to wait my turn. The first time I called and was directed elsewhere and put on hold again, a recording finally came on saying everyone was in a meeting and to call later.
Customers should not have to spend time doing this.

Bought an Electrolux in 1983, maybe 1984. Wanted to say best product ever, still using it today, 2016! Would like an upright now, canister is getting to heavy to tug around. Any specials going, I'm a senior on a fixed income. Please contact me with any information. Thanks so much !

I would like to thank you for all your help I bought a dishwasher 4 years ago with extended warranty the dishwasher constantly was under repair for air number one the cap have to come out and fix it so this year when it broke on Thanksgiving I called the place I bought it from and all they do is try to repair it again I called the extended warranty they wouldn't do anything but fix it they bought new parts and it still wouldn't I called you guys and you have no history of my problems I call the warranty place and they said they're under no obligation to tell you so I had to store email you everything that was going on you not only replaced the dishwasher you upgraded it and this is why I am so grateful we also have the microwave and the oven of yours and I absolutely love them thank you for being a good company

I have an icon double oven. I had the same experience with both ovens when cleaning for the first time. The middle glass of three exploded with glass flying everywhere . The first time they accused me of breaking it. It just happened again. Clearly this is not adequately tempered glass, which is their error not mine. How many others have had this same experience. $450 to replace the glass is not only unreasonable its unethical. Someone could have gotten really seriously hurt. I am trying to get to someone at their corporate office.

My 6 month old electrolux stove's dial icon has almost completely worn off so that it is difficult to read which dial I turn on for which burner. I need a replacement for the middle burner.

I am in Malaysia. Owner of a electrolux washimg. Spare part department never pick up calls! All 3 numbers ...same problem. One had a answering machine pick up the call and press option 3 for spare parts department...only to say "Sorry...all our operators are busy at the moment!" Numerous calls made at different times of the month...same responses!

Same old story! Cannot get information on spare parts via calls... website inadequate...unable to repair machine...service contractors overcharge...etc. The company service level sucks and they take us, customers as suckers as well! Thinking of switching brands....

Look at all these negative reviews. Let me add to the growing list. This Company sucks and the products they r dumping on us are inferior. Parts r delivered with nothing in the box, reordered, than arrive broken, how can they stay in business. Is there no oversight, is management really brain dead. So here I am stuck with a refrigerator, thats broken, under warranty, which I paid hundreds of dollars for and is useless. Plus no response for any help either on phone or on line.

Electrolux is the worst with customer service of any company I have ever experienced. they manufacture faulty control units and it is next to impossible to reach a person to get information regarding the source of the problem and what the solution is. Rude, and unconcerned whatsoever about their faulty deficient inferior product. the remainder of my life, which statistically should be around four more decades, I will spend boycotting Electrolux and encouraging every other person I meet to do the same. If I could give them a negative 5 rating I would, because this is the rating that they actually deserve. 0.0 is far better of a review then Electrolux actually deserves.

I have a Frigidaire dryer I purchased i early 2008. I have since received a notice that it is part of a class action settlement. I filed the proper information on line for the claim settlement. However last week this dryer became unusable. If turned on it becomes BRIGHT red inside. The element behind the drum looks as if it will burst into flame. This company is aware of the danger this product can cause. But they have not issued a recall on it as a dependable firm would. Now I am told to have a service call ($68.95) to see if it can even be repaired. This is an extreme fire hazard. I have had recalls on other products I have purchased. This company has no reguard for its customers. I will never purchase another product made by Electrolux. By the way I have my second Electrolux vacuum. It is 20+ years old and the other one lasted 31 years. They should have stuck to vacuums.

ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. RUDE, UNCARING, and completely UNHELPFUL. Dozens of calls, constant transfers, excessive hold times, (on several occasions over one hour.) lack of knowledge and just sheer nastiness defines Electrolux's customer service. I purchases an Electrolux French Door Fridge with the HORRIBLE ice maker that NEVER WORKS, in NOV,2012. We did not install water until Sept.2013. Next day the entire fridge and freezer stopped working, destroying $400 in groceries. Multiple repairs, no repairmen will come out anymore, Electrolux promised a replacement FEB 2014. Here it is AUG2014, still NO FRIDGE, lost work hours, huge notebook of calls, more lies & deception. Called distributor, he is unaware of replacement "deal". Electrolux trying to charge to deliver the replacement, on top of the $$ charged for an "Extended Warranty" that is just as useless as their products. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I have an Electrolux convection oven that is under Electrolux warranty . I am having trouble because nothing is cooking properly with this oven . This is my third oven of this model number so I am familiar with how to use the oven. A repair man came the other day and after I told him all the horrible things this oven had done he writes ? Oven temp?. Today I made chicken breasts in the oven 425 degrees for 55 minutes they were still raw . I put the convection probe in them and set the temp for 165 the probe said the chicken temp was at 165 it was still raw . I feel like I ate raw chicken and I hope to God I don't or my family doesn't get sick . This oven needs to be removed from my home it is a piece of junk there is definitely something wrong with it abc I don't have weeks and months for service men to tell me what I already know . The oven dies not perform to the Electrolux standards. If I have to I will call the attorney general office and complain . I want this oven out of my house. I can't bake or roast a single meal, this is ridiculous putting a customer who has their whole house full of Electrolux appliances !!!!! Pamela Rose
