ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. RUDE, UNCARING, and completely UNHELPFUL. Dozens of calls, constant transfers, excessive hold times, (on several occasions over one hour.) lack of knowledge and just sheer nastiness defines Electrolux's customer service. I purchases an Electrolux French Door Fridge with the HORRIBLE ice maker that NEVER WORKS, in NOV,2012. We did not install water until Sept.2013. Next day the entire fridge and freezer stopped working, destroying $400 in groceries. Multiple repairs, no repairmen will come out anymore, Electrolux promised a replacement FEB 2014. Here it is AUG2014, still NO FRIDGE, lost work hours, huge notebook of calls, more lies & deception. Called distributor, he is unaware of replacement "deal". Electrolux trying to charge to deliver the replacement, on top of the $$ charged for an "Extended Warranty" that is just as useless as their products. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
