I have tried several phone numbers to check on my warranty agreement, and I'll get is our representatives are assisting other customers. I've spent over an hour. That's very inefficient. I will find another company to arrange for a warranty.

I wanted to say that Electrolux in Puerto Rico has a Terrible customer service! I cant believe it. I bought a conventional oven in October 2013, that came damaged from factory. Today is January 20, 2014 and it is time that Electrolux have not yet repaired my oven! They give all kinds of excuses: 
1) The parts havent arrived.
2) Supposedly the parts arrive and when the technicians came to install them, they brought the wrong parts.
3) I have made ​​already 8 installation appointments and technicians never arrived. What's worse is that they never called to say they wouldnt be able to get here, so, I lost the entire day waiting. 
4) Minimum in Hold when you call is 15min! I've been on hold for up to 50 minutes! Electrolux PR have no respect for the customer. First and last time I buy a Electrolux product!

Dear Sir, I had a service to my Chef wall oven jan/2013 the element failed i paid for the part and service call $230.00 the element failed again 16/10/13 i called for service to determine the fault it turned out to be the element again the part was under warranty n/c if the call resulted in a different part i could accept that ,but the problem was the element again why should i pay $130.00 again when it was your element which was at fault this seems to be unfair particularly as we are pensioners ?

I purchased Electrolux's washer & dryer and signed up for the service contract. I sent one payment. Then, the next statement said I owed double payment. I went to look for a customer care phone number and to my surprise, there is not one number on all of the advertisement or agreement. What type of business is this? Now I have to go online to search for their number? Sounds like I made a big mistake in choosing this company.

My coplain no EASA1208130003 date 12/8/13 nobody give proper reply every time give reply in a week what i wiil do suggest me & do needful i am worried about warrenty period because in next month it wiil be expired kindly help me on urgent basis

I bought an Electrolux blender (Model EBR 2001) about two years ago, and just recently it won't start. I took it to the authorized service centre in the city of Surabaya (Address: Jl. R.A. Kartini 50, Surabaya, Indonesia). The reception promised to have a technician contact me a few days after, but I waited for two weeks without any calls from them. I tried many, many times for a few days to call the centre but there was never anyone picking up the phone calls. Finally yesterday I managed to get answered, directed to a technician, who told me he would call me back in 5 minutes after checking my blender. He never did. I have been calling the office ever since, until now, and no one has ever answered my calls.

I purchased an electrolux washing machine on 31st march from chroma retail online. the machine worked good for 2 weeks and post that the start button was not responding..no beep sound...so i complained...however after 12 hrs when i tried it worked....i went out of station due to an emergency so i had to cancel the service call by eletrolux..when i returned home after one month..when i tried..it dint work..so i tried again next day it worked..it was on and off...after few days i complained..a mechanic(he is not an engineer) came said...there is a loos connection in the control panel..and said it is fixed...after he went the machine did not start....i complained again..after another day..2 mechanics came...they checked and said..some problem with the control panel...and said they fixed it however i should used the program button carefully...when i tried..the program button did not work...i said fix everything and go...so they did something...when i checked they seemed to work..but after they left when i actually tried to use it..ti dint work...i complained again...this time the mechanic came..checked and said some probelm with the control panel...he opened the board..left one spare part in the drum...few screws in a cup provided by me and said he will come back tommorrow with the sparepart...or might take 3-4 days in case the part is not available...now it is10 day...nobody has come or called...when i call up the customer service they say we have assigned the call to the engineer and they will call u....but nobody cal...i called customer service 3 times..they provided the number for the service centre- which does not

PS This is the second refrig. handle replaced in less than 2 years. I live alone so it is definately not overused, I think you have defective handles, I hope you will research.

I gave complaint to Electrolux service centre on 06th Mar 2013 & Complaint no. EBLR0603130045, Issue facing My Electrolux washing machine not working
On 08th Mar 2013 Mechanic Engineer came ( Name : Vijay ) & told bottom drum plate is broken, He informed, he need to order new drum plate from Chennai & it’s takes 4 days to replace.
After 5 days we called to Vijay told still drum plate is not came, so he given Suspire person contact no. Then we called that person (Sandesh) he told within 3 days machine will resolved. Now 15 days completed still Washing Machine is not serviced.
Company customer service is really very irresponsible. Very worst experience with Electrolux.

I am not getting service for my Electrolux Washing machine, Model No : EW 1045F ( Millenium Series ). The service provider is simply missing. Would not suggest anybody to buy Electrolux product.

I had purchased electrolux microwave 4 years back..it stopped functioning..i call customer support and really appreciate the way they handled the complain and solved the issue. I will give thumbs up for the excellant support in thane.

I ordered an Electrolux top of the line washer and dryer at Sears. They said it would take a little over thirty days to get it. It was promised to arrive at sears 09 Jan 2013. I called on the day it was to arrive to see when I could come pick it up. Sears then told me it had gone on backoreder and would be another 30 days. I dont yet know if it was Sears or Electrolux who jerked me around on this deal, but I will be finding out. I will more than likely cancel my order and purchase another brand at another store. If you cant come through on a deal, dont make it. We busted our humps getting our laundry room re-done and our old units are promised to someone else, so we are just stuck out. This is totally unacceptable. I will stear clear of Electrolux in the future. Someone owes me an explanation. I am really ticked. Buyer beware.

The service contract does not cover the cleaning of the three glass panels in the oven door, this is considered "cosmatic", I should think that the contract would over all aspects of the product. This is not a good thing. This should be stated up front when the produvt is purchased. This may be published.

I have been trying to get my ice maker repaired for 2 months. On this 3-year old appliance I have spent almost $500 - 25%of the appliance's cost. Today the repairman came to install the parts, and once done, called the factory for final test - which failed. This is because 5 more parts (upgrades or re-works) are necessary. I called in to get the parts - at no charge, per the factory rep - and spoke to Electrolux rep Janella. She gave me info on how to get the repairman to call to get them, but proceeded to LECTURE me to NOT call again and expect parts at no charge. The only reason I called today is because YOUR factory technician advised me to do so, and gave me the part #s necessary to get the appliance working. Electrolux is the most inferior appliance company I have ever dealt with, not to mention the refrigerator I bought for $2K is JUNK! After 25 years of using Kenmore appliances that rarely needed repair, Electrolux is such as disappointment. The only thing worse than the appliance is the customer service. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER AND WILL ALWAYS ADVISE OTHERS TO STAY AWAY FROM ELECTROLUX. You know, a simple I'm Sorry goes a long ways as opposed to rude lectures from customer service GIRLS who clearly know next to nothing about the products they are supposed to represent. Just consider me an unhappy and dissatisfied ex-customer!

My Double door AC has completely stopped working. In last 5 days, I called Axim Electronics in Kolkata for 15 times and wrote 5 emails to the customnercare id of electrolux. Engineers visited and said gas has leked and need to carry to their service centre. Till now thye have not picked up, God knows when they would do so and deliver back.... The lady (Mithu Barua) and T.Roy in store are the worst ever executives I ever dealt with.

I guess Videocon is intentionally killing the brand Electrolux to boost his own brand of Videocon.

I had to but another fridge as can not survive without it.


Atleast in this life will never ever even dream about Electrolux or Videocon and would ensure that all my friends and relatives do so..


THEY ARE JUST SHAMELESS AND THICK SKINNED... BETTER TO DEAL WITH GOVERNMENT DEPTS THAN THESE BLOOD SUCKERS......

EKOL1206120012. I got an SMS on my mobile that serviced engineer will visit your house and the name of the Engineer is Somen Aich whose telephone number is +919674729733. I try to reach him for the past 2 days but no response. I try to reach customer care and welcome sound of Electrolux was coming and at time of transfer it was disconnecting. Some how I managed to speak to the Customer care executive but they were very reluctant. I told them please escalate to the Manager and provide me the Manager number and after that they put the call in hold and then disconnected the line. Really its a frustrating and very bad service from Electrox. Really it was my mistake to buy Elctrolux product because after sale support is very bad. I will never recommend any one to go for Electolux.

Dear Sir/madam,
We own an Electrolux ER 60 Refrigerator. From couple of days we noticed that cooling was not as it used to be. Stuffs kept inside it started PUNISHING.
We tried to contact the service center at FARIDABAD.

One of Technician visited our House and inspected the appliance. As per his diagnosis that the compressor is not working which defrosts the copper pipe icing, has developed a snag due to which proper cooling is restricted. On our request to get the same replaced he said that the subject spare is not readily available and it will take a couple of days to retrieve the same from the warehouse.After 18 days they come with compressor and demanding Rs.1600 for gas charging, we paid Rs.1000 at the spot and promissed him to pay balance after checking but next day no cooling is there then we again contacted them, they will again send new team to do work, they again do gas charging and asking again Rs.1600 and they tooked two parts from our refrigetor (1- bacteria free console, 2- some part of fan). We denied to pay every time gas charging amount so they never fix-up our refrigerator part.
After some time again cooling is not there, then we again lodge complaint (EGUR 0206120022).
One of your Service Manager Mr.Manav is also on loop, they denied to attend any complaint and suggest us to go CONSUMER FORUM for lodge complaint or pay Rs.3000 extra to attend complaint or go for local mechanic.
We want to bring in your notice that all of your local staff & service centre peoples are doing Fraude.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter and intervene in order to facilitate early repair of the snag.

Your early initiative in this regard will be highly appreciated.
Please suggest what we do.

We bought an Electrolux fridge model EI28BS36I in April 2012. The fridge does not attain safe food storage temperature of 39F in all area of the fridge - the temperature in upper shelf can be as high as 44F! Some of our family members got sick over this.

We had service technicians come over 5 times running diagnostics which showed that the unit was flawless so there was nothing to repair. It is a matter design flaw where the temperature sensor is positioned in the coldest spot so the compressor would stop before all areas of the fridge reach a food safety temperature.

We contacted Electrolux multiple times and got no where - basically, they wash their hands over this matter.

It's unbelievable that a large company would not stand behind their product. We will not consider Electrolux in all our future purchases and will discourage all extended families, friends and colleagues from doing so as well.

I bought a 1.5 ton split airconditioner on July 9, 2011. The gas leaked because of faulty oil trap. Now I have problem to find out target Suction PSI. Label on the product says 0.65 MPa which translates to PSI of 94-95.
The technician says 70 PSI is standard. Wonder whether 0.65 MPa is maximum or target suction pressure. The local licensee does not answer the phone call or respond to email query.

the customer service center are not service oriented. they will only promised that they will schedule the technician on a specific date but, no technician will come... it took them a week before they will visit the customer...

I am indonesian. I bought electrolux air conditioner after 1 hours i used it already leaking(indoor machine). I ask electrolux officer to check it but he said it has to be service. I don't want service it but i want electrolux change with the new indoor machine because i pay a new product not second product, If new why have to be service it. Customer service officer said its took 1 week to change. Please...change my Indoor machine faster. I am sure electrolux will give the best for their customer.thank you

I purchased an Electrolux Dishwasher because of the companies longstanding reputation of providing solid products and also customer service satisfaction to resolve ANY issues that may arise with their products. I am EXTREMELY disappointed that Electrolux no longer lives up to its' reputation. When you were once looked upon as the TOP of the line product and service provider and you fail to provide both....where do we the consumer turn. Remember word of mouth will either make you or break you! And that my friend is the truth!

I have also very typical experience with Electrolux customer care and service center.
I called to their customer care more then 6 times and everytime they told that they are sending reminders. On my first call one service person came to home to check our Electrolux Oven and said it looks like Magnate is not working. My oven in warranty period. He informed, he need to come back again. And then after no one came back to visit. I called again and again to customer care and they are just sending reminders.

Company customer service is really very irresponsible. Very worst experience with Electrolux.
