Wonderful...tech Got Me Up And Running Quickly!

Rhino 5200 screen lights up but remains blank and cannot use. Tried with batteries and charger. Tried user guide troubleshooting steps. Never used in harsh conditions and kept in Dyno hard case when not in use.

My hold time was less than 5 minutes. The rep was polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend Dymo Customer Service! Maybe they took the complaints posted previously on this site to heart and did some more training to improve. :-)

impossible to get through to help center on phone - links don't work - just keep taking you back in circles to the main menu. emailed consumer care trainer - told her the problem - she said she would forward my email to a supervisor and have someone call me right away - that was 6 days ago... and I'm still waiting...

Dymo are impossible to contact in the UK and their replacement parts are not available anywhere. ABSOLUTELY USELESS

Lousy phone service and ordering on web page is just a bad. On hold for 10 - 15 minutes and no answer.
