i can't believe fiat discontinued factory remote starter for the 2012 ram 1500. 20 some dealers still have them but won't sell them i guess next time ill buy a ford i can get remote starters for all years. very disappointed bought numerous dodges I'm fed up bye bye fiat

My 02-2500 4x4 has been a good truck except for the dealerships who have worked on it or the 7/70 bumper to bumper warranty!! It's bull. The power steering puked out its fluid and they said my fault!!! Really. The fuel pressure sensor went out so they installed a secondary pump for 1000.00 that did not work, so they put on a new injection pump that was another 3500.00 on top of that fuel pump. The service manager said he would credit me back the extra fuel pump since it did not fix the problem, never saw a credit. I took it to a local one man shop and they fixed it by replacing a 500.00 fuel pressure sensor. And there has been a intermittent brake problem, whereas the truck looses it's brakes completely and the lites on the dash come on . When you shut off the vehicle and restart then all good again! I cannot count on dodge or a dealer to fix or I cannot trust them. They disabled my 500.00 security system and left a key scratch down the front and right side while at one dealer. And the manager would not return any calls or messages. Is there anyone in the company that is trustworthy or honest ??

I purchased my 2005 Ram from Tilley-Lane in Lenoir Cty, TN new. Upon the purchase of the vehicle I received lifetime oil changes. I have been loyal to the maintenance of my vehicle and used this facility to maintain the service with exception of a time I was working out of state. This facility is now under Lenoir City Dodge at the same location. I went in today for an oil change and they would not except my voucher for the oil change due to "new ownership." I have been loyal to the Dodge brand and there service department but if this is the service the new Dodge is going to provide I will not continue supporting them as they are not supporting their customers.

this is about technical support for an 07 3500 heavy duty dump truck. When the ignition is turned off with the key, the wipers and radio if they were on do not shut off. With the key out of the ignition, you open the door in the buzzer goes off. Also with the ignition off and the key out, radio clock light is lit and the odometer reading is lit. since I've taken it to the dealer they cannot duplicate the problem do you have any suggestions.

Gator Dodge in Melbourne Florida replaced my water pump at 80,000 miles on 05' ram 1500. In less than 20,000 miles and less than 2 years it is leaking. Apparently leaking for some time but was unnoticed. Pump otherwise works fine. This appears to a bad workmanship issue on installation dealer insist on charging me again to fix it because greater than 1year and 12,000 miles. OUTRAGIOUS! This not a part failure or labor issue. This is due to poor workmanship by their mechanic. Now I can appreciate all the DIY out there. Will never buy Dodge again unless they make it right.

I owned a dodge magnum 07, on 11/28/2014 I was in accident. This car is so well made it saved my life. Except for serious back which is expected. I lived all the safety features worked to protect me. I wanted to just say thank. Unfortunately my car is totaled and you don't make magnums any more. But thank you and God Bless the company.

My name is David W.Clever. I purchased my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi NEW in April 2005 from Jim Cogdill ,Knoxville, Tennessee.

Two months later I took a trip to Baltimore Maryland from Rutledge Tennessee. Half way there the "Check Engine Light" came on. I called Cogdill, was told not to be concerned, come in to the shop upon your return. That I did. They worked on it, said it was fixed, a month later same problem. I returned several times but always one or two months and the problem was back.

When I moved to Rutledge,TN, I took my truck to Farris Motor Company I Jefferson City, TN for the same problem.

The first fix cost me $600+, month later same problem, back in their shop, another $600+. A month later same problem. I gave up until now out of frustration.

Now the same problem only now I have the " check Engine Light", Air Bag Light, Lamp Out Light,

Passenger High Beam Light works, then doesn't work,instrument lights work then they don't work.

These problems are all related to this ongoing computer/ electrical problem that your Franchised

Dealerships can't or don't know how to fix! I am DAMN TIRED of spending my time & money and

and get nothing but "Lip Service".

This is my 2nd Ram, I convinced my wife who drove Fords all her life to buy a New Ram 2500

diesel from E.Tennessee Dodge in Cookville Tennessee. She loves it as I love my truck.

BUT! My trucks problem has got to get fixed!

I expect Chrysler/ Dodge to send someone competent to Farris Motor Company to fix this problem once and for all! You can have my truck for as long as it takes so long as a "Loaner Truck"

Is provided to me until mine is fixed. I do Not expect to incure any additional costs what so ever, I feel I've spent enough already.

Should this problem Not be Fixable then I expect Chrysler/Dodge to Title me at No cost ( my truck is paid for) with a Dodge Ram1500 gas or diesel,mileage up to 242,000 miles, top mechanical, body,paint and interior condition. The model year can be anything from 2004 to present!

I will await your response.

hello my name is Jacqueline reddix im financing a dodge caravan 2010 from riverside in new bern nc im sorry to inform you that the sales man that I delt with has been fired due to illegal percedures im paying 17654.64 and the intrest is about 145.00 dollars amonth I spoke to th8e sales man there because I was told after making 8 tyo 9 payments close to a year that I could trade or refinance the car they told me that wasn't true and I have been making payment before the due date im paying 459.64 monthly he said my paments would be lowered but they said it was a lie they wont let me trade it or refinance it like they said they fired craig for this same reason he did this to others please there is more to the story call me please at I have been scammed and im outraged and seeking legal guidance on this matter im a single mother with serious health issues since this my anxiety is worse I need your help and expertise to solve this my name is Jacqueline reddix they have been very rude to me and my family

I own a 2014 5.7 challenger rt and there's a ticking in the engine and it's getting louder. I bought it brand new and it's been ticking from the start not just when it's cold. Dealer said Chrysler said it normal and can't believe a loud ticking in an engine is normal . And it sounds like crap , it has 3000 miles on it . .. Can't believe a manufacture puts out an engine with a valve sound expect people to pay 40000 dollars for a car that ticks .. Is there anything Chrysler can do to remedy this sensation . . At whits end with this noise.

This is regarding Shaver Dodge in Thousand Oaks, CA:Call in for a "engine check" light that came on. Appointment was set for following day. Came in at 8 am. My name was not on the board but they took me in. After payment, the truck was brought out with the engine check light still on. They tried to reset the light but it would not so they took it to the computer just to find out that there was an issue with the exhaust and the truck did not need an oil change which is what they had me sign for.I brought it to Michael Allen the "Service Director". He was rude and carried an attitude blaming me that I came for an oil change and did not tell them about the light coming on. Even if he was current, what kind of an authorized dealership are they if they allow vehicles to leave the service area with the car having a hazard light on?

I bought a 2014 grand caravan at marty cancilla in florissant , missouri back in february. It was new and when I left the dealer to go home the engine light came on and was shaking and I almost didn't make it home. I told the dealer I did not want that van back but they wouldn't take it back so I could get a different one. Ever since they fixed it it has a miss to it and the transmission jerks. They tell me that this is how these vans run. I know 2 other people that have one and there's don't operate like that. If they would of told me that's how they run I wouldn't have gotten one but I was never given the choice. I've dealt with the Dodge resolution team but nothing they can do cause the dealer says they are suppose to miss and jerk. I've never bought a dodge before this one and I wish I wouldn't have bought this van, I should of stayed with a chevy. This van didn't have the miss before it broke down. Our next stop is the Better Business Bureau, and then the news station and also a sign in the window of the van of how we were treated at the dealer and with dodge.i hope I can help other people from going to this dealer or buying this van.

I have a dodge 1500 truck and it safed my life from a ford hiting us from the side at 50 mpr at a up hill climb with a 1000 foot drop on the other side of us and the truck took the inpacked

Very disappointed! I have been a Dodge buyer for years. I have bought Dodge products (vehicles) for my work (trucks), Family (SUV's), Personal (Dodge Dart commuter car). And always liked the product.
But as of today, learning how bad their customer service is. I have brought my 2005 Dodge Diesel truck into Stockton Dodge in CA for a recall item with the steering. My brake ABS dash light has been on for a few weeks. I asked if they could check why the dash light was on while they had the truck in their work shop.
They wanted to charge me $135.00 to check the computer failure and why the light was on. This is absurd! Number one I feel it is a safety item that should be checked for free. Yes I said checked. Not repaired, just let me know what's wrong.
Over the years I have bought more than 7 Dodge vehicles. From this one experience and Stockton Dodge reluctance to help me out as a customer, I will never buy another Dodge product, and I will also tell everyone I know that they should never buy Dodge. And only buy Dodge if they plan on never relying on any help or service from Dodge.

Dodge has horrible customer service in Las Vegas area. Dodge does not know the meaning of customer service and does not appreicate their customers. Instead of being honest and upfront, Dodge denies any responsibility and always tries to blame the customer for any issues. Upon trying to reach out to higher levels of Dodge, the horrible customer service continues. After wasting hours of valueable time, I still have not found a way to contact the corporate office. I have only been routed and re-routed to the customer service center which is just as bad as the dealerships. I am unhappy with my entire experience with Dodge and will never consider purchasing a car from them in the future.

stay away from dodge ram 3500 after months of waiting for ( tie rod end - recall ) front end parts to be replaced they didnt replace the right part that was causing the bounce in the front end. without the stablizer bar the bounce can increase and cause a wrench within just a few short minutes. Less than thirty thousand miles on truck $60,000 dealer said purchase $2,500. exstended warranty so I can get rental car (sounds like exstortion to me.)

Last August i bought a 2007 Chevy Avalanche from the Dodge Dealer in Blenheim Ontario. I bought it because everything looked great about it and I had good service.

Unfortunately i Had to replace the battery, wire, plugs, throttle position sensor, hub bearings, sway arm bushings, the rear shocks were blown right out (air ride) and the mufflers guts were all gone.

$20 000 for a piece of crap that is not going to last and ill still be long paying for it. They screwed themselves because my wife and i are looking at getting a brand new truck. Dodge or not I'm not going to that dealership. Stay away from the Blenheim Dealer

My name is Jerry,I am the maint. and trucking suppervisor for Mounain Peak Buiders. In July we will have had our 3 2013 4500s for a year.What can I say? THEY STINK. Two are sister trucks. Our service truck has been in the shop 4 times in the last 6 months, for a week or longer. one has been in the Minot ND shop for 2 weeks now, the other waiting to get into the shop. All for DEF related issues.. The issues are still going on. Yesterday our service truck went down again.this time loosing power and derating... DEF and exhaust issues. When your company depends on that truck to keep it's equipment running and it lets you and every one else down, It's time to go. Dodge your costing us $150.00 an hour in down equipment and not the first time. With recalls and broke down trucks, The one thing I can depend on is, you can't depend on a Dodge. I am traiding it in for a 2015 F450. We have several 2012 and 2013 Fords, Not one single issue. NOT ONE. I am looking at over $200,000 in lost revenue in the last 6 months. Wake up Dodge and man up. Stop producing a crap product. Guts Glory? Not this time.

Hi my name is Edwin Pinto. I took my car for an oil change a month ago to Atlantic Chrysler dodge and I am very disappointment because they took 3 hours to give me my car after my appointment and they told me that car need to come back for a recall and they going to call me when the piece come so far in been more than one month and no body call me yet, and they I called today and then they they hang up to phone on me. I call back and then they said someone will call me back.... What is this reallly!!!!! Some kind of joke!!!! Now I probably have to wait another month. I never go back to that place any more

Do not buy a Dodge from Northside Dodge in Summersville West Virginia!!! I bought three new Dodges in January 2014 for a total of over 150k from a dealer in Fairmont West Virginia because the sales staff at Northside had a bad attitude and wouldnt work with price any. I was over at Summersville today when my engine light came on in my diesel truck. I stopped at northside and asked if they could hook it up to computer to see what was wrong with it. The service manager told me that i just couldnt walk in and ask if my truck could be looked at without a appointment. I told him that i work 6-7 days a week and just wanted to know if it was something simple or drastic wrong with my truck. I know that they are busy but geez it wouldnt take five minutes just to aee what was wrong. I believe that im going to go chevy when my work vehicles need traded in. I am spreading the word where i live not to buy from Northside Dodge!!!

After just purchasing my used 2011 ram with 32000 miles I received the tie rod recall notice. I went to my local dealer and was told my name would be put on a list that there were no parts available Well they better be available now cause 3 hours ago the rollback sucked off the guard rail and took it to the dealership after the tie rod broke. Lake Wales Dodge Dealership customer service is not a improvement at all. Truck was not done when promised and was told that rental car would be ready and waiting for us to pick up .This was not true. We were told all we had to do was get car and go We were on a time crunch with other appointments for the day and did not have time to fill out paper work when this was not told we had to do. We were under the impression it was a get car and be able to leave. I had to make last minute calls and change my schedule for the afternoon and the following day and all they could say was (sorry) A phone call earlier would have made all the difference in my schedule not a (sorry). That did not help at all with what I had to change at the last minute. If this is how returning customers are treated I will have to rethink buying a dodge truck again. I feel like we were lied to and mislead with everything that happened.

General manager Dominic Sacco of Winnipeg Dodge is a nightmare to deal with ,he yelled,harass,threatened , intimidate us and he held us in his room till over closing time he wanted us to sign the papers .They are not letting us cooperate on offers ,they don't letting us know what's going on.Too high pricing compare to dodge in Waverly ,taking advantage on us ,he let us sign the papers by intimidating us ,against our will.

I couldn't be more ferrous than I'm am at this time. We have a $60k dodge truck that has broken down on us due to a recalled part, while we are on vacation; 1500 miles from home. We are stranded and have been pushed around the past two days, sitting in a house with no transportation. We we're told yesterday if it's a recalled fault, we would have a rental and it would be fixed. After sitting around all day yesterday and dealing with 100 different people there the past two days.... STILL NOTHING and told our case has been closed by the Chrysler Corporation and they are sorry there's NOTHING they can do for us. Well let me just say, this could have been a deadly outcome... This is not the first recall on the dodge tie rod part, this is the SECOND, as the recalled part failed as well and there's a recall on that part!!! Dodge has been bought by my family for years and this will go public when we finally get homeothermic way this has been handled! The BBB and government will be contacted in the way they have handled this!! If you manufacture something you should back it up, thanks to you... Our monies now have to be used on tow bills and rental car fees ( plus may have to pay more to stay here as part was said to not be available until next week at the earliest) thanks dodge for destroying my young men's first experience ever in Florida, no theme park sect after sitting for the past two days plus!!
