I'm a joiner all my cordless tools are dewalt including chopsaw and hoover it's great stuff butility why can't you make boots that last more than 3 months I spent £65 not 3 months ago on a pair of size 12 slide boots very comfy but can't be used in the rain I've had more waterproof flip flops but I could live with that I could just wear them in summer . But it doesn't really matter because they are falling apart at that price I'd expect a bit more wear out of them I've reverted back to my doctor MartinS not as comfy but they last one lot longer

On dewalt miterbox stand, the brackets that attach to saw. Have broke the the clamping mechanism that attaches saw to miterbox. The rubber bumpers on the bottom are not long enough so that the clamping mechanism is lower than the rubber bumpers. When placing in work trailer to slide it back the clamping mechanism slides on floor thus braking them

Sirs,

I tried several different times to leave a question at your regular site... It seems to require a part number to send the request. That is the problem... I need the part number....

So... YOU contact me and we'll go from there.

Dewalt sucks, the repair facility in Anaheim said that since my DW871 Pro chop saw was over 10 yrs old., no more available parts, I am on my own. When the returned my non-repaired chop saw, they gave it to me in a bag of pieces (I gave it to them fully put together). I am furious, how can I diagnose it myself when it is completely apart, have no idea how to re-assemble it. Horrible of Dewalt, they should have at least returned it in the condition I gave it to them. Newer ever but anything from any of their companies, Dewalt-Porter Cable-Bostich-Black and Decker.

Hi I purchased a large tool box and the key broke after 2 months it is an A10 key the back part is made of plastick how can I get a new one. My e-mail

I bought a 20v brushless, hammer and driver impact, drill/driver set from Home Depot. Couldn't believe that the flawed hammer drill was on the market, with such flawed performance.
The ramp up start and "brick wall" chuck brake should have functioned opposite from the way that it did.
Pulling the trigger to full rpm should have given almost instant max rpm. Chuck brake should have been gradual, but quick.
I took the stuff back for a refund.
I was eager to support the USA made product but was disappointed.

I would first like to say, that I have been using your power tools for many years. Thus far I have had no qualms with dealt products. Today I recelived a DCK240c2 20volt for my birthday and one of the two batteries were missing. My wife whom I received the gift from, had bought it a couple of months ago and is having a hard time finding the register recite. My question to you is,how do I rectify this situation?

I have a Dewalt 10 mitre saw blade 80T no. N416442. It is less than 2 months old, and it threw 5 teeth, barely missing my head and damaging a new Ryoby mitre saw blade cover. I have pictures of the blade and packaging. If the blade guard on my saw had not protected by face, i would be talking to a lawyer right now. Obviously, I am very unhappy with your product. Previously, I was thought highly of the Dewalt brand. I would like you to contact me ASAP to discuss replacement of the mitresaw guard. I have already returned the blade to Home Depot and replaced it with a Diablo brand.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I have purchased two job site radios, one for home and one for the cottage. On both units the tuner dial has failed. There is no way to dial in a radio station. As a long time user of your products I am very disappointed in the failure of these units. Neither have been knocked around on job sites If you can offer any advise I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you
Brad

Comments: I just purchased several DeWalt tools, including a 13" planer. When I pulled the planer out of the box I turned the box over to sit the planer on it for the fitting of the accessories. Then an idea hit me that i am passing on to your product engineering dept. The delivery box, built properly could be the table for the planer to sit on and be attached permanently. Wheels with stops could be attached for mobility. Potentially, this concept could be used for many of your job-site tools i.e. your table saw which I also just purchased. I've been around the industry for 40+ years and I'm always looking for things to be done smarter rather than harder.

I would be interested if this idea has any merit in your eyes.

I recently joined up with a mission that has as it's focus supporting other missions in difficult regions of the world. I know that some industry leaders have programs where non-profits can qualify for discounts or donations for certain projects. Does DeWalt have a grant/ program that Friends In Action, International could utilize? For example, we are helping an indigenous people group, the Rama's in Nicaragua by teaching them construction techniques and have provided a building to be used as a wood-shop, when we can raise the funds for the tools.

Glad for the opportunity to share my ideas. I would be glad to dialogue further.

Paul Brosey, Project and Team Co-ordinator

Quit giving new customers the run around on registering your products. Make it so that at least it works a bit better than our disfunctional government. I registered and now will not let me go to the next part to register my saw. If it does not do so tomorrow night I will return the saw and buy another brand.

I've recently purchased about $2,000.00 worth of Dewalt power tools. I sure hope everything I'm now reading about Dewalt online is not true. I wouldn't think twice about flying to Co. Headquarters and giving the CEO the experience of a lifetime.

On July 12, 2015 I received 18 volt XRP DC9182 Lithium battery thru Amazon for $119.12. I've owned and used DeWalt products for many years and know how to use them. This battery is not holding a charge longer than 8 minutes after being fully charged in a brand new charger

I was expecting much better results from your product. Please let me know what I should do

In regards to the new Dewalt heated jackets.
Can you say false advertisement? Come on. You are claiming a 40% of for early orders. I went to that site and the cost's are the same. Prices are inflated to be reduced That ends up being the same price. I don't understand why you do this. You took the will of wanting one clean out of my mind. I am a business owner and I do not fake people out to get what I want. Good old fashion down to earth honesty and hard work. The American way.

Hello. I'm a handy man in the Boulder CO area. Today I met a young man at the Boulder HD. His name was Edward. He did a great job answering my question and I purchased $300 + in DeWalt products.

I would very much appreciate it if I could contact him and express my appreciation.

Thanks,

Mr. Kim Summeril
