We just ordered a Cuisinart slow cooker which came two days ago, I am very disappointed in this product. It is PSC 350 and I used it last night but the lid doesn't fit right at all big gaps at each end. We have previously bought Cuisinart but this will be the last, it's so cheaply made and guess where it's made? Of course more Chinese crap. I have been trying to call all day and all I get is a busy signal. Terrible customer service. Will never buy Any more Cuisinart products and I have more reviews to write. Sheila S

I Completed A Cuisinart Blade Recall Form And Was Given A Service Notification Number Rcb-15051525. I Have Not Received A New Blade And Cannot Reach You At . Line Is Always Busy Or It Says Because Of High Volume Of Calls My Call Cannot Be Answered. How Do You Get A New Blade?

Posted by Mauricedlevy

Unable to reach customer service to inform them of important safety problem.
I have a cuisinant mini prep plus, it is not in the recall list. Model 70625S. But the plastic in the bade is cracking. Same problem as the recall.
If cusinart will send me a return mailing label, I will send them the blade so they can see for themselves.

I called and listened to advertisements for 10-15 minutes. At the end was told that this number did not work for my area. Gave me another phone number. No ads but said that number was not good for my area. I was ready to chew nails. I did go online and it worked but I'm still livid.

Just used the blade recall website. It worked quickly and easily. Not sure how their delivery will measure up with the quantity they will be replacing.

on hold for over 40 mins is not good customer service if you do not wish to be contacted, why post " contact info" and keep repeating how important my call is. even your verification letters ar near impossible to decipher

I am trying to find out how to report I have a Cuisinart food processor DLC10 that is under recall in order to receive a new blade. Cuisinart cannot be reached by website or phone in order to do this as directed on news reports. Please advise as to the proper procedure to obtain the replacement blade for the food processor.

How do I request a replacement blade for my DLC-8 food processor? Phone message says to send email or go to cuisinart.com. I cannot find an email address and the "Cuisinart.com" just hangs up. I have used the food processor for years and really do love it.

I starting using Cuisinart products about 20+ years ago. The only issue I have had is with the mini processors...I have already had to replace two, not because of the unit, but because of the blade component...the cheap plastic used to hold the two blades in place, in both units, crack after a few times of use. Granted, I do put the blade component in the dishwasher, only because the manual didn't say it was not recommended to do so. In fact, there are no cleaning instructions located any where in the manual. I have tried to work with Cuisinart, but the reps are unable to answer my questions, and kindly tell me I will need to pay for a replacement blade $15.00. Granted, $15.00 isn't much, but it is more the principle of the issue. No one has been able to tell me why the blades keep cracking, nor are they able to direct me to someone who can competently assist me. Ugggh!

About a month ago, I waited on the phone for 3/4 of an hour to be able to finally speak to somebody in your company.

I have bought 2 bread machines (the CBK200C in both cases), one in 2014 and one in 2015. Both of them are not working properly anymore depute a normal use.

The man on the phone took my address and said the company would send me what is needed to ship both machines back to you free of postage fees so they can be repaired or replaced.

I never received anything.

My husband is gluten intolerant and he cannot eat any bread except gluten free bread. We were counting on those machines and we need them. We payed almost 200$ for each of them. It's a shame that your product is breaking after a mere years of normal use but it is more of a shame that you should mock your customers like this.

I have a Cuisinart Grind Central coffee grinder that stopped working after about 8 months with a 18 month warranty. I called on July 11 and after following vague instructions to get the product working again, I received instructions as to the return policy and a Service notification reference number. Then I was told that I would first have to pay to have the replacement shipped, first $10 and then changed to $2. I was told that I would receive the replacement in 7-10 working days. I called back today August 1, 2016 to see when I would get the replacement unit to discover that while they did have a record of the order that it hadn't been sent. I was given another service notification reference number and told I would receive a new unit in 7-10 days. I did receive an apology, but not much else. They did waive the $10 fee (which I had already been told was $2 by the earlier representative). I asked that they get me a return quicker, but there were no promises.

We bought a 10-cup Cuisinart coffee maker. We have had trouble every day getting it started. The off/on button does not work without the 1-4 cup button. Today it did not start at all. What are we doing wrong?

Today is 6/6/16 I will talk to someone at corporate today and find out if the Name Brand has been sold. I'll keep you posted on this site. Cuisinart appears to have gone south like so many outfits in the US. A waffle maker started this whole thing. It's a model WMR-CA and it stinks bad when it gets hot. A $30 purchase of junk that I can't get an answer about. (service sucks) to bad they ignore a person until they are pissed.

I have always been a big fan of the cuisnart products but I am so disappointed in the electrics skillet that I could cry.
Told my husbandI wanted it and he ordered it. It is not a low priced product by all means but I really wanted it.
The skillet doesnot keep its heat and I am constantly turning the dial to keep its heat. One end cooks faster than the other end. Returning the skillet is not an option since I have had it for 7 months and hate sending it back. (Husband ordered on line).
I am ready to just toss it and buy another brand for half the price. Any suggestions from you would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a smart stick hand blender with a small processor attachment. I got the Cuisinart because they have a three year warranty. The part that has the motor that attaches to the stick blender and the processor bowl broke. I called them up and was told to send it back with $10 for shipping and handling. I took it to the post office and it's $14 to ship it. That's $24. For $29 I can get a new stick blender. I called up to ask if that would fit my processor bowl and they said no.I would not buy Cuisinart anymore.

We have a Cuisinart DLC-2A Mini Prep that we have owned for several years. I was using it the other day to make some baby food for my son and the blade separated from the metal riveted housing, broke through the plastic container , cut me and landed 24 inches away on my coffee maker. My wife called and all you can Cuisinart offered to do was give us a 20% discount on a new item! Seriously!!!!!!!! Not sure what I am going to do at this point or whom I need to contact about this. Maybe I should think about other options I may have. Thank god my son wasn't near me or in my arms when the blade broke off threw the plastic housing and shot across my countertop. My injuries will heal as they all do however, I have zero faith in Cuisinart products at this point. I really have to think hard about my next steps. No stitches were needed yet, I probably will have a decent scar for the rest of life and the worst part is all Cuisinart can say is, would you like to order a new item for 20% off! I really expected more from them, I was hoping they would have at least replaced the parts. Moral of the story is, Cuisinart could care less about their customers and their safety! DON'T BUY CUISINART PRODUCTS THEY ARE DANGEROUS TO YOUR FAMILY, IT COULD COST YOU YOUR LIFE !

Directions are not clear. needs clearer illustrations. Looks like the clock should be back-lit, but it isn't. I've had a cuisinart coffee makers before that I liked very much, this one: model DCC-1100 is disappointing. Very cheezy.

Receiced a lasagna pan for Christmas this year, used the pan one time and it has warped!! I have been emailing back and forth with cuisinart customer service for a week now, with no resolve. They keep asking for a better picture of defect which is ridiculous. I also registered the product which apparently means nothing. They also want me to send them $7 for shipping if I send the pan back. Just horrible customer service and I will NOT be buying from them again.
