I used my email address years ago so my mother could contact some of her friends before she would pass away. She passed away in 2007 and classmates is only place her name was associated with my account and they have given my email to all these places and I am getting so much junk mail because of it.
I have an old account and just signed up again, but my name is on the list twice and I need to update my information. I did not remember my password from my old account and I have a new email address plus I have moved. My name is Kay Chance Barnes I graduated from Bishop High School in Bishop California . My new email do not use that.
Dear Classmates.com I could not log into my account Gerald Schultz so I created another account and now I have 2 accounts that say Gerald Schultz.
Please delete the account Gerald Schultz that has a NEW after it. It was a mistake. There are many photographs under my name on Classmates which were shot by me as part
of my business. I DID NOT SUBMIT THEM FOR DISPLAY. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO PUT THEM THERE OR WHY THEY ARE DISPLAYED. Is it possible to remove most of them???? They are surely confusing to the viewers.

My biggest concern about classmates is that it has a one way stree front end. You can sign up easily but cannot tourn it off easily. This is the single reason I have not signed up. You need to fix this and make yourselves reachable without having to go do a separate search as I have done in this case. I don't get some of the questions below.. What do you mean screen name.
You Debited my account without my authorization. I want my money back. I no longer wish to use your services. I will no longer buy any subscription from you. That is a dirty and low down thing you are doing. I am not in the least bit satisfied with Classmates.com. I tried to communicate with my classmates using your site and you have to many regulations and stipulation with your site. This tells me you are a scam. Your site has gotten me nowhere. I noticed that the class of 88 year book is up. When I look up my graduating class, for some reason my husband isn't listed among the rest of my classmates. We both graduated together, so I don't believe your information is updated at all. My husband even did the yearbook cover art for our school.

I have requested to cancel my account, but need a password. Since I do not remember my password, I clicked the link for "forgot password"... every day for the last week, and have not received a link to change/reset my password. If I do not have my password, how can I cancel my account, and keep my cc from being charged - again without my knowledge? Will recommend to all not to use this site! What a scam!
