Been to the Edina location several times,
Very unorganized when you walk in, service
Very slow, bartenders rude. Visited several

Lousy service, long .30 minute wait for non-rush hour. Pepper Jack Steak and frys and wings (small) served cold. Waitress with attitude. Don't even bother eatting at Buffalo Wild Wings.

Worst experience at any resteraunt ever. They didn't want to give my husband and I a booth even though booths on the family dining were available. The hostess told us they would rather save that side for families. We sat at the booth we insisted on getting for 10 minutes before we flagged the hostess to ask if our section had a server. When the server did arrive he blamed his manager for not assisting him with another table that wanted an employee discount. It took 20 minutes for my alcoholic beverage to make it to my table from when we were seated. The food came out cold. We ate it and told the server it was cold but understood it was not his fault. He said he would tell the manager. He later came back to our table and stated his manager would only take 50 percent off one meal, even though both were cold. In total, it basically took an hour for two burgers at lunch. The manager never made an appearance to apologize. The server over compensated for his initial lack of attention by hovering over my husband and I until we felt as though we could not look up and had to stare at our phones so that he would give us some space. This was absolutely without a doubt, the WORST experience either of us have ever had. I mean really, I couldn't have made this up it was so awful.

It seems to be the norm but this too is about a gm mamager. Bob at the hendersonville tn.location. i have been a local but finally had enough of watching him talk down to his servers and also be rude with customers.no more bwws

Worst experience of my life!!!!
The waitress was clearly flirting and touching my fiancé inappropriately. He looked at me and said oh my god did you not see her touching me? Everyone at the table saw it except me( part of 4) the macaroni was only noodles in a cup no sauce no salt disgusting! And the wings were crunchy! Never in my life have I are a crunchy buffalo wing! And lastly it was 45$ For two meals of nothing worse than hospital food seriously. I have lived in Cullman my whole life. I know everyone and I will be sure to spread the tale of my horrid experience to make sure that no one else I know has to be treated so poorly. The food and the presentation of staff is appalling. I've never eat here before but you can bet I wouldn't try it again if Jesus told me it was good. I mean a real sincere let down guys. I now HATE DISPISE AND LOATH THE PRESENCE OF YOUR STORE. And your waitresses get their tips by being sexual with their customers. My fiancé was literally begging me not to make a scene and slap her face.lucky for you I love him and took his advice. So I wrote this instead and hope that who ever reads this has passion for their job and really cares about this feedback. Thank you for your time whoever you are. Sorry if I sound mean but how would you feel? About paying $45 for crunchy wings, plain noodles, and having my very own concubine to serve my table and fondle my partner , all to the delight of our company. ??????? This is crazy. Hooters has better everything!!

We have waiting for over 30 minutes to fill our drink order that was taken 3times by 3different waiters and that's before they would even take our order for food now this has to be the worst service I have ever seen still dont know if our order was placed or not or if we even have a server branson Missouri the manager could have made it better but didn't try

I visited a BWW in Columbia, SC Harrison location #0372. First of all, I have never been to a place where the customer can bring their OWN speakers on the patio and start playing music and rapping. Yes, I was on the patio on 2/4/16 and I had some drinks and food like a lot of other people. When these guys came on the patio with the noise, all the other customers left. I was enjoying my beer and I told the guys that I was unaware that a customer could play their own music on the patio since they do provide music. Long story short, the guy with the speaker was a relative or friend of the GM Greg Stoltz. The guys got up and left. When I went into the restaurant, I approached the server Morlaine, and told her that she never brought the drink I ordered and she started laughing at me along with the GM, Greg Stoltz. While laughing at me in my face, Morlaine says she could not serve me the drink while laughing in my face! Not only did she not tell me when I ordered the drink, they waited until I mentioned it when I came in to pay my bill. Also, while laughing in my face, Greg Stoltz threatened to call the police on me for no reason at all. When I go to my car, the same guys were out in the parking lot and started laughing at me! I have spent a lot of money at this location and was always treated friendly and with much respect! I do not feel that any customer should be treated in that manner! I will never go to another BWW ever again!

My son left his coat at BWW in Mechanicville, va. He called within the hour of leaving the resturant and the hostess said no problem ill pit your name when u come back to get it. We had a blizzard that weekend and could not get back up there to get it. 2weeks went by and my son remembered his left coat. So he called on 2-5 Around 12ish and the manager said it was thrown away and hung up the phone. My son immediately called back and staff stated the manager had left for the day. I am so disappointed in the customer service with the Mechanicville va BWW. I don't think I will return there.

We went to a Buffalo Wild Wings in chino hills we were there around 10:30 we got seated about 10 minutes after we got there let me also inform you their was no one there. We got our drinks and the waitress forgot one drink so we informed another waitress and asked her if she could bring out the drink she said she'll tell our waitress and turned around. We then asked our server and she said okay. The manager then so rudely said "if you have a problem with my waitress you can go ahead and leave the door is that way" then he pointed at the door. HE WAS A MANAGER. Doesn't matter what the situation is you don't offer a customer to leave. You don't yell at them in front of multiple tables!!!! Someone apologized and he still continued to be rude!!! I hope Buffalo Wild Wings knows what kind of managers they have. I would understand from a server but from a manager? Will definitely not be returning!!!! Hope they do something about him!!!

My wife and I, along with our four grandchildren, visited the Highway 153, Hixson TN, location yesterday December 27. We live in Dayton, about 30 miles from that location.



We arrived around 12:30 and were promptly seated. In a matter of minutes, the server took our drink order, returned with the drinks and took our food order. We waited, and waited. Other tables that were seated several minutes after we were at our table, received their meals and had eaten. And we waited; we waited with four young grandchildren growing more and more impatient.



We waited until around 1:40 for our food to be delivered to our table. Here are issues that we experienced with our food:



The wings were barely lukewarm when they arrived.



They were obviously overcooked at a very high temperature, and were crusty and tough.



By the time we were half way through the wings, they had cooled down to room temperature.



My wife ordered the Prime Rib Salad. The �¢â?¬�?meat�¢â?¬�? would have perhaps filled a �?�¼ cup measuring cup.



The �¢â?¬�?meat�¢â?¬�? was sliced very thin or shaved; it was overcooked and was very dry.



The vegetables were substandard. There was a large amount of carrots on the bottom. The cucumbers had a strange appearance, best described as �¢â?¬�?funky�¢â?¬�? and were not something that a person would want to put in her mouth.



All in all, it was a very unpleasant dining experience. We are very disappointed, and do not plan to return to that location again.

I'm not sure if BWW will ever read or hear about this but I sure hope they do. So we stop at a BWW on the way back from the airport in hurst TX. I go in with my mom for a few drinks and dinner and totally forgot I left my ID somewhere scattered throughout my luggage in the car when asked for it, too lazy to go out I tell my mom it's fine and I will drive us home since it was her birthday anyway. So we begin having dinner my mom almost finished her first drink so she gets another one ordered. So she has two sitting there and then the manager comes up to us to REMIND us of a rule we didn't break? I even asked him did you see me drinking? And he said no. I'm pretty sure he was under the impression I was because I switched seats with my mom to get a better view of a game but he probably thought I was trying to hide, trying to drink. We have never been so disrespected at a Location like this before. I almost want to stop going to BWW in general but I won't but I will not be returning to this one. That's for sure.

On 12/15/2015 in Chesapeake, VA greenbrier location a server accidentally spilled a beverage on me, which I understood to be an accident and she was very apologetic. However when she got the manager all she did was apologize again even though the young lady had already done so. She then went on to tell a story about how she dropped something on someone before when she was a server. The manager then quickly walked away instead of asking was I okay or any other information. I had to get up and explain to her that my phone was drenched in the process she then went to find a form for me to complete which took a lengthy time for her return. As a person with managerial experience I would suggest that she have been more concerned about the customer for example asking was I okay, am I still soaked (I literally wrung out my dress), do I need anything to dry off. Needless to say I was extremely unhappy with my service not from the server who was noticeable upset about what she had done (everyone makes mistakes) but with the manager who didn't handle the matter appropriately. I will be taking my phone to be checked for water damage tomorrow when the store is open.

My family of 7 went to dinner at the North Brunswick NJ on Route 1 location last nite 10/23/15. I cannot remember a more horrible experience.
* when my daughter was served her salad the waitress spilled the entire cup of dressing down her back. Waitress changed her chair and proceeded to clean the chair without bringing back another cup of dressing til my daughter was three quarters thru her salad.
*Another meal...cheese burger came out completely cold had to be returned did not get another for over a half an hour.
*Waiter never brought us the 7 waters we requested, and never checked on us or bothered to clear table after being asked. We asked again to have it cleared to make room for our desserts and still no one. When coffee and dessert came there wasn't any room on the table. He began to seve it all around the edge of table. I asked again to please remove some dishes to make room and he took the two plates I handed him and never went around the table for the others.
*Coffee was mud and the cinnamon dessert tasted like awful bread pudding all mushy and wet inside.
Had it been up to me I would not have paid the $200 tab let alone leave a tip. Fortunately for that server my husband took care of it as he didn't not want to spend another second there. I am baffled at the lack of training on the wait staff and the lack of care.

Two families members got violently ill. Could barely get home from restaurant. Usually don't call but did this time. Spent $68 of our hard earned money and when called and asked for manager. They wouldn't call back. When my husband called back they offered $10 credit. REALLY? This is ridiculous. Customer Service is horrible and we and anyone we know will never go there again. A full credit would not have stopped the sickness but at least it would have showed some integrity from the restaurant.

I feel the management staff at the oracle road location in Tucson, Az is extremely unprofessional. Line staff should not be making the schedule, I have been s customer at this location and have witnessed Sara Schaefer is extremely rude to fellow employees; it is unacceptable behavior and is against the law to intimidate others. It is also unacceptable to allow continued call offs without any consequence, Morgann is constantly calling off, I guess it's not who you know but who you blow. I will be sharing my experience at this location.

Came in to BW3's in Celina, OH.. After being sat and our drink orders were taken. My wife order water without lemon. While walking to the talked she witnessed our server pull the lemon out of the water with her hands and continue to make her way towards the table, it wasn't until she asked for a new glass of water that the drink was replaced. We then waited for service for over 15 minutes as no one came to our service. I have ate here twice before and have not received this kind of treatment when coming by myself.

I would like to give a complaint about a store manager at the Meridian, MS location by the name Amber. I called after hours to give the mother of my child information about our daughter and I first asked was she in. Amber replied sorry sir I can't give that information which is totally understandable. I called back and said well if she's in May I speak to her to give her some information about a family issue which was her not having to pick our daughter up after work and she yelled that she wasn't available and hung up in my face. That was very rude and unacceptable. With an attitude and business like that I will not be eating there again. I just thought someone should know. Thanks!

Placed my order online got there at the time specified had to wait extra 30 minutes due to them getting my order wrong TWICE!!!! Got home started to eat my burger and due to the wait time my food was cold this is not the first time this has happened at this location and I will not be returning as a customer I have gave them plenty of opportunities but have failed each and every time I will be taking my money to PLUCKERS from now on. And the checklist placed on the ticket wasn't checked off or signed by any employee

Went to the Sparks, NV - the Outlets at Sparks location at 1:00 p.m. today. Place was half empty. There were two employees standing at the hostess podium. First she tried to seat us in the bar. When we asked to be seated in the dining room she rolled her eyes and asked if we would take a small table for two. As there were many open booths and no one in line my husband asked if we could sit in a booth. She just looks at us then looks around at her friend and said "I don't want to double seat". How is that our issue? At this point we were done and my husband said we will make this real easy on you and we left. No wonder the place was half empty at lunch time on a Friday. Won't be back.

We arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings and my date ordered a beer and I ordered a salad. It took almost 15 min for his beer to arrive. My biggest complaint is that he left a $5 cash tip and I paid the bill on my CC. I put a zero and totaled the receipt like I always do. The waitress
put a $4.50 tip on my CC. I have contacted the pub, but 6 days later, no resolve. I have called the 800# here and hope this gets fixed. I don't think I will ever eat here again and much less put anything on my card again. I will give them 48 more hours and if not resolved, they leave me no choice but to contact my bank. I enjoy the food, but their service is very slow!

My girlfriend and I went last night when she got off work at 11:45. That is the only time we have together because I work mornings. We ordered a beer and 15 wings. We got or order around 12:20. They close at 1:00 and we are very considerate people. However, we dont expect the that customer service should change because it is closing time. The waitress, Savannah became rude to the point of taking things off our table one at a time with each pass. First my girlfriends unfinished beer and last she asked for our knapkins. When she had nothing left to get she asked us to leave. Less than 5 mins later the manager (jeff hall)comes to the table to push things along. I told them I was calling corporate. As we were leaving, The the bartender, Doug cussed us out with the manager standing beside him (who did nothing), to the extreme of insinuating he was about to become violent. Needless to say I have left a message with the home office and waiting on there return call Monday.

Approx. 6:45 My family and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings near downtown Disney at I believe Crossroads for dinner. There was a server there by the name of Scarlett (I think that was her name) who waited on us. This person had a positive attitude and was very helpful in serving our drinks and food. All restaurants should have servers as polite and helpful as this lady was.

Went to our New BW in greenville ohio. Have heard alot of ups and downs about the place. Boy my visit was bad never again will I step foot in there. Was settled and was there for over 20 minutes and never got even drinks and asked people at front they were rude and didn't know what was going on .very sorry in there and not busy at all at that time
