RE: Ear Buds OlFR

I have been a BOSE only customer for years, but now I have to change my perception on BOSE products. A few years ago I purchased Bose Ear Buds and they were fantastic. Then earlier this year they stopped working. I called your customer tech department and they told me that the battery was unable to hold a charge. Then proceeded to tell me I would need to purchase a new set.

Well I'm not used to Bose products failing like that
just to be told I need to purchase new Bose ear buds.
That is totally unacceptable. Never experienced anything like that from such a top brand. I guess I need to shop other brands now. The guys I golf with all have other brand ear buds (Beats, Apple and Sony) and have never had any issues like I experienced with BOSE.

I called about a problem with my cd changer:041424Z32330637AE.
Your rep who answered speaks VERY broken English and informed me that Bose could not repair it.
Totally unacceptable!
The Bose reputation just went down the toilet with me.

Representative answered immediately...no waiting. She was patient and helpful and did some trouble shooting and my problem with my speaker was fixed.

Bose: Your products are great but your support sucks. I have a question and I try to email and you provide phone numbers? Why? It's 2019 get an email complaint line. Not hard. I am a product manager and if I had your customer support I would have to quit. You suck and try harder or actually try.

Today I purchased Noise Cancelling Wireless Headphones. After reading the info on the outside of box I learned that they are compatible with an I Phone. Unfortunately I have an Android. Are headphones available that are compatible with an Android?

Hello. I am now on my 2nd set of bose headphones that keep tearing apart. For this kinda $ i expect them to last more than 1 year. I have a Bose stereo in my living room. Love it. I am looking at replacing with a new and giving the stereo to my college daughter. I feel the product should last longer. See picture.

I Purchased a Bose Solo TV speaker system direct from Bose. During the 15 months it was in use I had to "reset" the system several times.[unplug]. After only 15 months it died completely. I was told by customer service I could pay for shipping and pay them 99.00 and they would see if they could fix it.
I was very disappointed in their attitude and lack of willingness to help. The only thing I rate high at Bose is price. Good bye Bose.

I have the very expensive lifestyle 48 system. This system is rendered fairly useless when the remotes are working poorly or in my case not at all. The only answere is to dump more money in this system when in fact in the days products are rated by there longevity is see Bose going by the way side. I have supported Bose since I was 18. 501-----later the 901. Again later lifestyle 35 nthn on too the lifestyle 48. Also have the wave radio, so you can see I have supported Bose my whole life as I'm 60, but it's ending.if you cant build a remote with mirrored technologies and stability as the system itself you should concider lowering your prices as your no better than any other Japanese brand.

I wrote them:You have a design flaw in the TriPort OE device. I checked to find a way to repair it as you wanted $75 to do it yourselves. I found many many complaints about the exact same problem that I was trying to fix: speaker cable broken. Since I got the device in poor shape and had to fix it then and had also had the ear mufffler detatch, my wife was able to put it back on. I bought two of these sets and took the one with the detached muffler from my sister-in-law, and gave her mine. She later told me that her speaker wire broke as well so I doubt that she uses them now. As an engineer as well as a past quality assurance manager, my design reviews always contained a customer returns review element. We do this to make improvements in configuration, materials, built, and processes, as well as managment policy. The fact that your TriPort OE device seems to contain no correction of this proplem leads me to conlude that your QA and QC as well as engineering discipline is not as rigorous as you imply in your proliferous advertizing. I am thoroughly disappointed and intend to tell my story to anyone inquiring about my experiences with your product line. To pay a premium price for an item which could not be justified based on my experience makes me out a fool. And being out the $360 was bad enough. But to give you another $75 to fix a problem which, based on the fact that the TriPort OE design is at least four years old ( I read complaints about this same defect dated to 2006!)and should not contain such defects, is somehow deeply offensive to my ideas about product integrity. You have lost an advocate and gained an enemy. I can only hope that I can inform enough people to recover mt own sense of just
