I purchased a television that was financed for 2yrs with no interest after 2yrs all the Interest rolled over on one bill statement. This is a fraud because no one explained it to me on the time of purchase and the crazy supervisor that I spoke to has 0 knowledge about business. Who ends up buying a single TV for $3000 . Before I was making monthly payments now I am going to make no payment. You guys are thifes for withholding information to sale your goods. I am sure some lawyers will be interested to company like this

A special commendation for "Hollie" in Customer Service at the Chattanooga store. She was very professional and took a genuine interest in resolving my issue. She was patient and persistent in her pursuit of a resolution to the problem I presented her.

Drove 30 miles to look at Bose system and Samsung r5

After finally running down someone for help, they told me that their displays on both were not working.
Not spending that much w/o hearing it!!
Help didn't give a shut either.
Go else ware with my money.

your service is terrible. you made a nice sale with a happy customer for $1400 and now i am disgusted. i keep getting 15 minute wait times only to get disconnected each time. i know my delivery time, but i have to add super phone number for access. i tried to do at sale, but they insisted it is simple when you get your time for delivery. i am sorry i scored best buy very good along with sales person. why can' people be trained to do the job to give customers good service. you won't be beat on price, but you are beat on service and customer support

Dear best buy i was in your car section today in west knoxville tn the gentleman said for me to hold on he will be right there i said ok time passed he was still busy so i opt to seek help no one even asked me nor would walk pass me and say nothing to busy on there phones or talking to one another guess paychecks and bonuses arent needed cause without customers they wont get one any u lost a huge sale i found what i was looking for somewhere else so some one proffited from me just wasnt you .hope u get your act together an ex customer!

Let me start by saying that in the past couple of years I have purchased from Best Buy: 3 IPAD's 2 Large Flat Screen TV's and a Laptop.....OMG! NEVER AGAIN--- Worst experience ever! Ordered something in 2/10 as a gift to be delivered by 2/12- got an email st 5:30AM on 2/12 that it couldn't be delivered before 3/7!!!!! called 9:00 AM and requested to cancel the order....they said they couldn't promise me but that the gift recipient could return it after it was delivered!!!! It was not shipped (not even in stock!!) I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY AGAIN!!!! Never moind the crappy advertisements they force you to listen to BEFORE your call can even be routed to customer service....BAIT & SWITCH!!!!

I filed a complaint on Saturday, February 6 regarding my poor delivery service of a new TV I bought. In the end, I got referred to someone in corporate that was supposed to call me on Monday, February 8. They couldn't give me a name at that time. It's the 11th and I have yet to hear from someone which is another disappointment. No message either.

I purchased a freezer from Best Buy, with a promise of a delivery date. The date arrived and when the truck came (late) they had the wrong item. Three days later I was still waiting for them to contact me to reschedule delivery and am now getting the run around. I have contacted numerous people and every time I am told they will get right back to me. I am still waiting and now it has been four days. I went into the store and asked for a refund and to cancel my order and was told they can't do that because I didn't return the merchandise. How can a return something they never delivered.

Well, just as i was about to complain about the customer service at this location, on highland someone came by to assist me. His name was Steve and he was very helpful. While i LOVE TECHNOLOGY, people are second to None.

The absolute worst I have ever been treated in a store. They do not stand behind their product. I tried to exchange a faulty fitbit and they would not exchange it because the seal on the box was broken. Well how else am I suppose to see if it works. Best buy does not know the meaning of customer service. The manager on duty was very rude. I asked to speak with customer service and he pushed the phone at me and said he wasnt calling for me. Will NEVER shop best buy again for anything. If you have a problem with any of your purchases they do not stand behind it! Buy from somewhere else they don't deserve your business.

Bought a tv this monday night. No one checked the contents. Opened it tonight a screen shattered. Mgr tells he will determine if I get a refund. I am not allowed to make demands. Me the screwed customer!!

I admonish you to NEVER make a purchase from Best Buy. They have the worst customer service I have experienced in all of my 64 years of life. My complaint is the same as those posted. I have been trying to address a complaint for the past 2 months, to no resolve. They do not communicate with each other. They place you on hold for hours at a time; transfer you to irrelevant departments; lie endlessly, etc. I am going to file a complaint with the
Better Business Bureau and Consumer Complaints in the Attorney Generals Office. I advise everyone to do the same. Obviously the company gave itself the bogus 3.5 rating posted on this site.

Your service is dreadful. I waited for the delivery which was to come from 2 to 4. I am still waiting they won't be here till 6:00 if they come then. It's dark, I'm 86 and now I have to unload my old ref and what fun is it now to load a new one. It's dark, cold , late , I'm tired, disappointed and downright angry

my debit card was charged $353.00 without my permission for a restocking fee on a cell phone Geek Squad Claims they couldn't duplicate the problem of my blown speaker. The Instore Geek Squad rep confirmed my blown speaker by using my phone.



I have called for a refund and questions for why for over two weeks. I get passed off to other phone numbers without results. Even tho I have the Geek Squad Protection plan, I was told my 1 year Apple Warranty did't cover it. Seems shady to not have my Best Buy Geek Squad Warranty to cover it the first year also. I was told by a Best Buy rep after my debit card was charged, that Geek Squad passes the warranty off to Apple 1 year warranty first so Geek Squad doesn't have to inflict on the costs of repair.

I recently purchased a PlayStation 4 but I accidentally posted the wrong shipping address. I called even before the item had been shipped but was told after a half an hour wait. It is impossible to change the shipping address. I have bought many products from Best Buy in the past but this will be the last time I ever do. I was told that after a half an hour it is impossible to change the shipping address. My item has not even shipped yet, but I'm still incapable of changing the address. This means that instead of going to Maryland where I live the item will go to North Carolina a former address. I called the UPS and they told me that the only way they can alter the delivery is after it has been refused. There is no signature requirement, so I basically wasted $400 on something that I probably will never see. If I am unable to resolve this issue I will never buy another thing from Best Buy. The customer service representative as well as the customer service supervisor were unable to give me any help with the situation. I am totally disgusted at my decision to purchase an item from Best Buy. I tried to cancel the item but they said it was too late to cancel, what the hell is going on? They did tell me to have a nice day after I spent an hour and a half talking with them, ridiculous.

I've spent Nearly four hours yesterday and today trying to complete an online purchase from your website:

Friday:



2) From the listed retailers, I selected "Best Buy".

3) From the popup, I selected "Shield Pro".

4) I was redirected to your website.

5) I added the item to my cart.

6) I registered with your website and created an account.

7) I added a shipping address and a billing address.

6) I went to my cart and added the $29.99 2-year service plan.

7) I selected my shipping address.

8) I selected the "Checkout" button and was taken to the "Confirm Your Delivery Options" webpage:



9) At the bottom of the webpage, the continue button was grayed out (next to that button was a link that said "To continue, select a store"). I didn't want to select a store because I wanted it shipped, but I tried to select a store anyway.

10) When I tried to select a store, I got the following message: "This item is not available for store pickup in your area."

11) I went to my profile and added a preferred store (Cascade Station, OR).

12) I went back to my cart, and continued with step 8 above. Your website still prevented me from continuing.

13) I called Yand spoke with Carson.

14) After about 25 minutes on the phone with me, Carson was unable to resolve the problem and apologized.

15) Carson tried to direct me to a complaint area, but we couldn't find it.

16) Finally, we found a general email link, that took me here:


17) I hung up with Carson and proceeded to type this email.

18) When I finished typing the email, I selected "Send" and got the following error:

We�re sorry, your message could not be sent.

Please try resending the e-mail. If that doesn�t work, return to the Help Center or call 1-888-BEST BUY for assistance.

19) I sent an email to and received no confirmation and no reply.



Saturday:

1) I called and am currently on the phone with Jasmine. She tried to resolve my issue, but couldn't. We are currently waiting for a supervisor. I've been on the phone for over an hour now. Oh, wait ... we just got disconnected ââ?¬â?? what a joke!!!!!



I wonder how much business you lose due to website issues like this. I'm so frustrated. Your company has serious problems if you customers cannot purchase items online from your store. Maybe this is a way to list a Black Friday deal, but no one can get the deal. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very dissapointed with Best Buy Geek Squad in Dubuque, IA I was told since I chose not to purchase their extended repair services, I wouldn't have problems with getting my product fixed (which is under manufactor warrenty) The Samsung Rep wasn't interested in my problem with my Samsung TV since he only took care of phones and tablets. Passed on to another MN and he said to bring the component in to the store and they would look at it and send it in for repair. When I got to the store, another MN said no I was told wrong information and I had to work with Samsung & again told that since I chose not to purchase there extended warrenty I was on my own. (And told me, if I chose to take that route of extended warrenty I wouldn't be in this situation) then when I said, I don't want to here about the extended warrenty again, I already know that I did not chose that option but my product was purchased here with a one year manufactur warrenty. Then he proceeded to say, there is that passive aggresive behavior. Someone needs to explain to him the definition of passive aggresive behavior. I will never walk in to Best Buy again. Very unprofessional employees.

And supervisor Patrick..I was given personality plus..lots of information and stellar service...they are an asset to your company..jasmine walked right up to me with may "I help u with something?".. After waiting since 9th of the month, for a pick up of the dryer I was returning due to not being correct. It is now the 16th. and many calls later, it is to be now scheduled for the 19th. I was lied to about the dryer and waited 4 hours after the delivery window and it was unboxed and there was not the connection that I had paid for to hook it up. I cancelled the sale, and was told I wouldn't get a refund until they picked up the dryer. Oh, the took away my old dryer and said they didn't know what happened to it. LIes, Lies, Lies, and still no refund. I'm totally done with Best Buy. Laurel Turner

I recently found a product on line and when I contacted two Best Buy stores, they said they could not price match. The advertisement states price match gaurantee. This is obviously not the case. That sounds like false advertisement. I was wanting to purchase a Samsung 55"JS8500 tv.The price of $1309.00 was posted on line. The add was at Shop Smart TVS. Why don't Best Buy match that price.

We have a second appointment with the geek squad fo TV repair from 12-4pm!!!!, it's now 4:37 pm and we received no phone call that the technician will be late again!!, he was also late on Wednesday (same time appointment), what kind of business you people run?, you are not courteous , not professional and definitely not considerate with your customers!!!, you should have a talk with Time Warner Cable company and even Target they know how to do business!, you guys just sell and make the commission and after that you treat customers (like us ) like we don't have anything to do but to wait for your inconsiderate technician!. Really bad business!!!, no wonder you guys don't have any surveys about experience with the technician and the service. I regret I bought my Mac Pro from Best Buy! I should have gone straight to the Apple Store. I was sales talked to buy a Three year protection for over Three hundred Dollars and I could only imagine what I'm gonna go thru if I need help from one of your not courteous technician.

On 7/28/2014 my daughter received an Asus laptop. On 5/5/2015 at the Amherst best buy store 00459 we dropped the laptop off for repair as the laptop stopped working and the mother board was replaced. On 8/7/2015 the laptop failed again. We were told that they could send it out for an estimate.

We do not feel that we should be charged for the repair of this again as it only lasted 2 months from the first repair. We are very disappointed it the service we received. We will think twice about purchasing anything from you again.

Called to question about the 24% interest and Michelle,d first one who answered d phone was rude.my balance was only 385 n interest was 358.called d second time and spoke with Mahla,she was nice but she miscalculated d half of imterest which they agreed i pay if i pay off d balance.instead of 179,she charged me 192.called d 3rd time to question d 192,sp9ke with amanda and wants my husband ,d primary card holder even if i paid it from my checking accnt,to call back to settle the 13$.wow, i will never buy anything from u guys until u give me back my $13.when u overcharged me,u gave me a hard time,but when u pit interest,u are heartless.to think i pay my bill every month.
