Worthless they offer a phone number that they never answer. This company is on the way to meeting blockbuster end.

I looked online and found products that Best Buy was supposed to have either in stock or could deliver in a few days.
I joined Total Tech so that I could get the computer installed, correctly. They told me in store it would be the next day. But when I got home the e-mail had it two weeks latter! How many of you could do without your computer for your business for two weeks? Could Best Buy?
Probably, because most of what Best Buy publishes online is wrong or misleading. The monitor they said they had in stock and could deliver in three days, hasn't been sold in Best Buy since the summer of last year! AND it is out of stock.
I wasted my time shopping online with Best Buy, but I also wasted it shopping at the store. They are PUSHING "Total Tech." I mean really pushing. And most of the computers, laptops and monitors sold in store are not the current models being sold, and do not have the latest technology or systems.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR TECH STUFF, NOT BEST BUY!

Best Buy has adopted a policy of not allowing its customers to contact anyone by telephone... This all but ensures scheduled appointments at the limited and incontinent locations that are still open for automotive installs cannot be done without delay and rescheduling to order things needed for the install because the parts are not in stock. They also go to great lengths to ensure customers cannot contact the store or upper-level area managers. I cannot imagine they will stay in business with this model!

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH BESTBUY. I bought a new washer/dryer stack type. First one was damaged. then you changed to a GE. the men that came did not remove the shipping rod. They also marked up my door. they left and never started the machine. I know have GE coming to repair the dryer. I will not go back to BestBuy.

Best Buy in Watertown, Mass., isn't merely a bad store; it's a horrendously awful one. If you have the leisure time to physically go there anytime you have a problem or question, you are likely to find the sales crew friendly and attentive. But you will seldom if ever reach anyone on the phone. Management has made the spectacularly stupid decision to divert its calls to a "Call Center," which is located in a completely different town. "Call Center" will then go through the motions of "transferring" you to the Watertown store, where you will listen to the phone ring indefinitely, only to be picked up, eventually, by none other than the same "Call Center"! If you complain about this colossally aggravating runaround, you'll hear that store staff are "frustrated" by the phone system as well. Yet nothing ever changes. If you do encounter the fluke of someone actually picking up the phone at the Watertown store, you will get disconnected the first time they put you on hold and/or told that someone you've requested to speak with will "call you back" -- but that won't happen either. It's a profound mystery how this store is able to remain open and actually sell anything, since its customer "service" rivals Dante's Nine Circles of Hell.

I Tried Calling Best Buy Geeksquad About A Webroot Secure Anywhere Product That Doesn't Seem To Be Working. The Agent Was Less Than Useless, She Kept Taking Coffee Breaks Between Answers And I Finally Gave Up. I Will Return The Product For A Refund And Find Someone Else That Can Help Support The Product They Sell!

Absolutely the worst buying experience of my life. Ordered TV on 11/10/16 for delivery on 11/23/16. Called the night before to confirm delivery. Today no TV delivery, seems they forgot to call me and tell me mount not available. Would have ordered different mount if they had made me aware. To make this right they said will deliver 120316, how does that make it right.

I love Best Buy but it's customer service for the phone is absolutely horrendous. I just got off the phone after being on hold for one hour (it said I was the next one in line) and then I got hung up on. Last time I had to call Best Buy I was on hold for over 45 minutes that is just unacceptable.

Horrible customer support,I talked to three different people about how I had accidently left head phones a charging cable and a charger in a box that I was getting a samsung s4 sent back when it was on pristine condition. The gentleman first says I have a year to get 75 dollars back we are one month short of that and I only got 44 dollars when the same man said he had never seen a phone come in that good. Horrible. Just horrible.

i HAD A DIFFICULT PROBLEM. My HP 5740 printer was not accepting the print cartridge that I had purchased when I bought the printer from Best Buy. It later turned out that Best Buy personnel had given me the wrong cartridges to buy #63 instead of #62. I tried to talk to HP about the problem I was having, but there was no number to call, I called Best Buy and they said to bring the printer in and perhaps they could get HP to authorize a replacement. After the person at the Service Desk could not help me (could not even give me a number to call at HP), the manager on duty came up. He was not helpful at all. He essentially said it was my problem, and they would not try to help me. By then, I was really upset. Finally, I left and on an impulse drove into Office Max. The person at Office Max looked at my printer, checked it, and then noticed that the cartridges Best Buy had sold me were the wrong ones. They sold me #63 and the machine wanted #62. The Office Max person put in the two #62 cartridges, and everything worked. This message is to let Kevin, the manager, know that I did get the problem resolved (a problem that was caused by Best Buy). I was very annoyed by the time I talked to Kevin, so I understand his behavior, but he might get some training on how to deal with such problems.

Tonight I visited a Best Buy in Paramus New Jersey. To say the customer service is lacking is an understatement. This store has more people standing around conversing with one another and walking around the floor looking at their phones, rather than actually assisting customers. When I finally decided to make a purchase I went to the check out counter. There I was rudely directed to the "open" register. I was met by an individual who has no business being in customer service. I was rudely asked if I was a rewards member followed by rude directions to "follow the directions on the screen" to complete my purchase. After following the several prompts just to make a purchase I had the audacity to remove my chip card from the monitor. At this time the customer service representative became annoyed. I'm not really sure why there has to be so many steps to purchase an item, If this is the case you should really teach the individuals who are at the check out counters some manners in how to speak to customers. Lack of customer service both on the floor and behind the counter, I'd rather purchase the flat screen T.V for my basement and laptop computer we intend to purchase anywhere but this particular best buy in Paramus, New Jersey Route 17 South.

On May 9, 2016 I had some issues with my phone. Since I have the service plan through Geek Squad I decided to take my phone into the store. Upon my arrival I was not just standing thee for five minutes while these 2 young ladies just stood there talking. Finally a young man came from the back and tired to help. After a while of conversing and standing, him walking from here to there it became very obvious that he had no clue as to what he was doing. He then asked me to call Samsung after being on hold for so long I finally got someone on the phone and they asked for him, I gave him the phone and he said ok and hung up. I asked him what he said and he had no clue. After several minutes of hi just playing with the phone I asked him what could we do to fix this situation and he said it would cost me $149 to send the phone in. Even though my phone is least than six months old. After i informed him I was not paying that is when his attitude changed and he was like do whatever you want. I have since cancelled my services with Best Plan and will no longer to a patron of your store. The store is located in Montgomery AL

Phone is not 24 by 7. Difficult to find out actual hours

I was just at the Best Buy in fox point Wisconsin. I had bought s lap top last December and there is now a problem with it. I brought it in to have it looked at and there was no one in line but I was told I needed to make an appointment with the geek squad. That is ridiculous since there was no one there and the next appointment was not for another hour. What kind of service is that. I am really disappointed and will try other stores now

I am pretty unknowledgeable when it comes to computers and so when my laptop died I decided to go to Geeksquad via Best buy. When I arrived there, I was waiting for them to sell me or push me buy the greatest computer or something that they were pushing. I'm telling you they couldn't have been more accommodating! They looked at my laptop informing me yes it can't be fixed (by the way this was a second opinion.) and had a salesperson to show me the same laptop I was using before, didn't push me to buy the most expensive one, and took the time to show me the differences between laptop. The geeksquad person, oh man, he was the best!!! Took the time to show me how to use my new laptop and offered suggestions. THANKS GERMANTOWN BEST BUY - I'm very pleased!!!

I see that you have a couple of department stores over here in Puerto Rico the sum of your offer application here in Puerto Rico. Because I see you have customers here in Puerto. But sometimes that we're going to look up on the way to see what state you're from Puerto Rico doesn't appear. Thank you

I tried sending a laptop to my granddaughter today and spent an hour on the phone and on the computer trying to get the address right Best Buy computer system wouldn't let me put in the correct address and they kept trying to send me to a different address so I called customer service and he ended up couldn't fix it either and wanted me to have the person who is receiving the laptop pick it up in the store which is 24 miles away I was very disappointed that unlike Amazon I couldn't just put the address in and two days later they get the item very disappointing it took so long spent nearly half my day off trying to get this done finally I acquiesced and had him the the receiver pick it up at the store we've yet to see if it's the right item or not could be could be it's not I wish that Best Buy would have better customer service or compensate you for the hours that you spend trying to order something off their site. I think it might be a long time before I order off at from Best Buy again. Amazon is just way easier to work with. Hope if they have trouble with the laptop that they can take it back to the Best Buy store they got it from finally and hope their customer service in store is better than online

Where do complaints go. The geek squad doesn't have any idea. Best Buy sells junk computers. Then can't fix them under warranty and wants more money to try to fix a $1700.00 piece of Dell's junk.

I will not buy anything from Best Buy again.

I recently tried to exchange a defective Rocketfish cable from my local store. Although the original product label was in tact, I was unable to verify the purchase date. The customer service associate would not honor my request for an exchange because I could not verify the date of purchase. The decision is contrary to providing customer service on a defective item. I like to shop in Best Buy because you have provided good customer service in the past and you are local. Please let me know if there is anything you can do to help me.

Your customer service at the Sheboygan location is HORRIFIC. I waited in the Fitbit area for 10 minutes and watched your sales just standing in the middle of the store talking amongst themselves, one person made eye contact. I couldn't take it anymore and approached this circle of sales team members and asked for help, you would have thought I was interrupting a major meeting, which I clearly was not. I was able to get my questions answered and will be buying my Blaze Fitbit at a competitor due to your lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was shopping the Terre Haute store and when I got to the checkout counter there was no store personnel there. There was a store greeter at the door about 10 feet away and it appeared that he was busy doing some coloring. When he finally looked up I asked if anyone was checking customers out. He apologized and said they were at lunch and directed me to the Service desk. I was third in line there and as I made it to next in line another sales person asked if I was just needing to check out. He then told me to go to another line and that is when I said NO. I left my purchase on the shelf and said I would find a store that actually wanted to sell to its customers and left.

So I make a trek to Lafayette Indiana Bestbuy to find out about buying 3 iPhone 6s phones and a family service package. No customers in the phone area and about 5-6 customer service guys hanging out. Perfect. NOT! After 15 minutes of browsing product and listening to these guys yell back and forth, screw around, etc, I was glad that none of them bothered to approach me about my potential needs. After spending another 15 minutes browsing the rest of the store and not being able to escape the sound of the partying in the phone sales area, I decided to go try somewhere else... This store could really use someone to better manage their employees.
