I contacted Acura client relations regarding my 2005 Acura TL to
see if they could advise me on what to do with the dashboard on my car..it has several cracks in it and seems 6be getting worse. I was more than shocked at the customer service representative that I spoke with..his name was Martin. He pretty much told me that because my car was bought used and I didn't have ALL of my service taken care of at Acura there were nothing that they would do. I have bought a total of 4 Acuras and they have all been great cars...this represents real loyalty in my opinion...I expected much more out of their client service department and I am not through with this issue by a long shot.

To Whom it May Concern

My name is Terry Tatsugawa and I have someone I talked about getting an Acura so he went to Acura of Maui. He has been giving the runaround on his car. First the sales rep informed him he needs to deposit 400.00 as the down payment for his car. The Finance Manager didn't pull money out of his account. They didn't ship the car on time and he receive the first month payment and no car yet. He call the dealership and they informed him they miss shipping of the car. Then the finance manager told him he owes 1000.00 for the deposit. I called the dealership for him and told Linda Ludwick they are not treating him correctly and they lack in been professional with him. I owned 3 Acura and got them from Acura of Honolulu. They treated me very well and everything we talked about was done. I'm embarrass to have suggested him to purchase one. No one has gotten back to me since I phoned.

I bought a car from Springfield Acura NJ 2 years ago and the dealer lied to us about the car not having an accident! Save your money and buy a real luxury car somewhere else!

My wife fought cancer for over 10 years. In celebration of her successful fight I stopped on our way home and bought her a brand new 2011 Acura. Elated, beautiful car,it became her pride and joy. For over two years we drove 11/2 hours to service our Acura at Acura carland because she wanted it well taken care of. As in every appt we called the day of the appt to make sure everything was okay. We drove into the service dept and waited and waited and waited. We noticed folks who did not have an appt were beig taken care of. We brought it to the attention of the service manager and he shrugged us off and stated that he hated to lose our business but it may take 4 hours. They had machanics call in sick and he really didn't care about our appt. we left and stopped at the Honda dealership less than two blocks away and were treated royally and punctually. Not only were we going to have the car serviced, we were going to buy tires as well. Fyi, we asked to talk with the manager and he was in a sales meeting and couldn't be bothered. Sad to spend $43k and get treated this way.

I have purchased many cars from Devan Acura in Norwalk, Ct. Overall, I like their service and support. However, I have experienced problems with my 2007 MDX Bluetooth. The service department has kept my car for a day and my own cell phone to try to fix the problem and it only manages to work for a very short time. As soon as you shut off the car, the problem exists again. I have brought the car in again for an oil change and I was hoping they could check the Bluetooth again because it still does not work but the Service dept tells me I would have to pay for a diagnostic test. Why should I have to pay for a diagnostic test when the service department made module changes and kept my car to correct problem but it has not been corrected.

I have purchased 2 car from acura of Seattle and have never received the worse customer service as I had experienced it now. The salesman is so nice but the sale manager there named young and I don't know his full name. He is so rude to the customer and the salesman. I thought that when I went to luxury car dealership the service that I received should be excellent too but the impression that young makes me experienced is worst than I am going to Walmart or McDonald's to find a great customer service skills. I went there 2-3 times this year and looking forward to upgrade my car but both time young is always there. Every time I was there I had experienced he was yelling at his salemans when the customer is negotiating the car. If he doesn't want to negotiate with the customer then he can say it in a nice way instead of yelling and screaming at his saleman, where the customer could hear his conversation and I don't think that is right. I hope that u guys would be able to do something to him about his own action because he doesn't have any customer service skills at all. He shouldn't be there if he is in a bad mood because he takes it out on a customer like us. I would never ever want to return and purchase any more car from acura any more. Customer service level that I was received is 0 and I will never ever refer any of my friends or family to purchase a car from this place either.

My wife's 2013 Acura ILX's battery has died twice for no apparent reason. The dealer did replace the battery but when I called Acura customer relations they did not return my calls as promised and finally offered to buy us a battery charger. For a 18 month old car. They say our problem is we don't drive it enough. When I asked what happens if we go on vacation for 10 days and leave the car - the answer: "I wouldn't do that." My neighbors don't have this problem with their Toyota, which I start once a month while they're in Florida. Acura has lost a long time customer because of poor customer service.

Approximately 1 and a half years ago I purchased a new Acura RDX from Elmhurst Acura, I made my purchase from Elmhurst Acura based on there location close to my home and there sale promise that I could get lifetime car wash service from them. Since my purchase on more then 12 visits over the past year and a half I have bed. Told that the car wash had been out if service and that they would not be able to provide me the wash service. I find this unacceptable, I am sure that this dealer does not deliver new sale vehicle dirty to new customer that they find a way to deliver a clean vehicle. If the automatic system is out of service, they need to find a way to deliver there promise to loyal customer, if that takes a bucket of soap and a hose to do. I

Please stop running that commercial with that screaming banshee yelling "my way". it's offensive, annoying, not classy at all, and insulting to everyone who enjoys it sung correctly. Franks' or Elvis' version would have been very much more appreciated. i'm sure they are both spinning in their graves. i turn the entire channel everytime. Bad. Terrible commerical. i don't know who's idea it was to use such jabber for a supposedley respectable company, but they need to be fired. at least demoted.

a "scheduled maintenance contract" for an acura is worthless as far getting service when you would like it I recently took my RDX in for its first service, it had 6950 miles and was one year old. I was going on a trip of over 3000 miles and knew it would be overdue prior to return, The service manager said they could'nt do it because the maintenance due light was not on, Where in the heck is common sense, their is not an another acura dealer within 700 miles of El Paso Texas and I was informed a lot of them do not accept the purchased maintenance agreement. A customer should be informed of all these conditions when being sold these worthless pieces of paper.

Your commercial about a new model which features a singer singing "I did it my way" is incredibly annoying.
The singer who deliberately sings off key is the most annoying I've ever heard.
I turn down the tv everytime that commercial aires.

Hi, I am in search of an 2013 or 2012 Acura ZDX. I currently own a 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour and have compared the differences. However, I would like to trade my crosstour for the zdx but have been unsuccessful in my search. Please contact me with further results. Thanks!

P.S. Is there a reason this vehicle stopped production? Are there plans for a similar vehicle on this style in the future?

We have two Acura's TSX models. They are truly wonderful cars. Great performance and reliable.
However the local Acura Dealership in Monterey, CA. was sold to a Texas company. They have closed the Acura dealership and are replacing it with another car brand. The closest Acura dealership for service is in San Jose, CA. More than an hour away. We had planed to buy two new Acura TLX models, but sadly we will end up buying two Lexis, from the Local Dealership.
I suggest that Acura HQ try to open up a new Acura Dealership in Monterey, as there are many Acura's that owners here who need service.and a growing pent up demand for new Acura's.

do not come to this place!!!. they take advantage of you especially if you have obvious weakness (Asian men women, do not speak or read English).

woodside, flushing, NY
Michael , apparently the finance director/ calls himself 'boss' YELLS at you. tells you he can't take care of issues if you are looking to cancel the car purchase. also tells his customers he is 'sick of silly games'.
really? I've never seen or heard any 'Boss' giving such customer service.
also forces you to pay up full amount with a cheque on the spot. no professionalism, totally disgusted!

they scam you to take up their additional features like extended warranty, maintenance equipment, everything done quickly and hurriedly (paperwork) and make you agree with their deal.

when questioned, they try to make you feel intimidated. they yell, they say you're rude, you're challenging them, they're the boss.

these people should be fired and they are sly, cunning, dishonest, no integrity, no moral, no respect for customers who are taking $50,000 to buy their cars, zero customer service!

if you have money, take it elsewhere. just not this place.

Ed Martin Acura in Indianapolis was a horrible sales experience. They took advantage of me and bullied me. I kept saying No, don't want to sign papers tonight. (I'm an older person and felt like a captive.) When I saw the car during daytime it had numerous scratches, which they tried to paint and only made worse. They never tried to make anything right. Acura a bunch of thieves!

my 2014 MDX (my third MDX) gives a bumpy ride over rough roads (like riding in a tin can) I owned 2003 and 2006 MDX and had wonderful ride. What is the problem?

•Military Appreciation: This statement is written incorrectly from Acura, because if you are within 180 days of separation from active service, then you are active duty, which is annotated in the first sentence of Customer eligibility. Military Retirees and Veterans who are within 180 days of separation from active service. The way it is written is confusing. Acura should delete “and Veterans who are within 180 days of separation from active service”.

I recently purchased an Acura Certified 2008 MDX from Mile High Acura, Denver, CO.
In less than a year, the air conditioner bunrt up, the sun roof broke, the oxigen sensor went out, the sway bar is loose, and the alignment seems to be out at every oil change, and now the tires and rotors are bad.
I insisted on different tires at the time of purchase with the manger of the store as the tires on the car allowed for rough riding, steering issues, and loud noise within the car but he refused. I strongly believe the faulty tires put on by Acura on this vehicle has caused the vehicle to drive poorly as well. I am requesting a supervisor to discuss these issues with, please. I live far from the Acura Dealership where I purchased the car and it is an inconvenience for me to have to continously take time from my job and drive hours for more needed repairs. As that is why I bought an Acura in the first place because I didn't have the time to do this and I thought they were good, reliable vehicles. I guess not.

I am at Mile High now and do not know what to do as I am being told the brake pads appear to be new but the rotors are bad making the steering wheel vibrate and the tires, which I didn't want on the car and I told them they were bad, are bad causing the load noise in the front end and that the alignment is again out. It is probably the faulting sway bar.

Is anyone available today on a Saturday? I cannot take off of work again to drive hours to get here.
I need assistance, Please!

Thank you!
