Absolutely worst experience ever! Horrible unintelligent accent, little knowledge about your service,. Did't even have a supervisor to assist or number to contact ( including corporate office). He even hung up on us. Wouldn't slow his speech down when asked ( hearing impaired). Didn't know American ADA law or number to call for TDD. Relay operator coulnn't Understand his speech either and kept typing UNINTELLIGIBLE AND ____.

Tried a second time, same problem! We were told that no office for customer service is available in AMERICA. We were talking to the PHILLIPINES!

Keep jobs in AMERICA.
Researched LIFELOCK and discovered the FRAUD you guys perpetrate, lawsuits, more criminal activity.
