Woman called me after I make a complaint and she's demanding $50.00. I'M TOLD BY THIS WOMAN THAT MY PAYMENT WENT THRU AND ANSER THE INCOMMUNICADO CALL FROM A NEW JERSEY PHONE NUMBER. THIS FORING ACCENTED MAN Wanted additional $50.00 I told him I paid he dropped off the conference call and I was then informed that because I asked to many questions I can't access my TV at all even live TV. Why is it that I'm being asked to pay.for a.feature that comes with the TV, and I'm told I.asked.too many questions and hung up on?

Well I'm 8+ months pregnant and my Hisense refrigerator door just completely falls off when I opened it, everything in the door crashed to the floor causing the tile in my kitchen to break and a huge mess that is still being dealt with. The items in the door busted causing a stressful night of bending down constantly which is rough at 8+ months of pregnancy, and hours of clean up (glass, sauces, and soda explosion). I'm exhausted and frustrated, not to mention stressed out. This fridge was expensive and I'm a mother of 10 children who need properly maintained food, at the moment the door seal is now broken, food/drinks are wasted, and the refrigerator door is taped closed for the safety of my children. I called about the recall (seen online while I was searching for a new door replacement) but I was placed on hold and requested to call back for assistance, although I did call right back and the call answering service was then a closed service with an automated message. Unbelievable
