I'm totally unsatisfied with the workman ship and phone switching sites on its own and I plan to cancel my account with assurance wireless and move to another company

My brother is a 70 year old man who recently received a replacement phone he lives in a nursing home now you want the old phone back or your going to discontinue his service he has no way of doing that. What kind of company is this anyway??
