I having issues with the customer satisfaction department with Lexus. The rep has closed my concerns after discussing my issues with my local Lexus dealership department manager. Between the both of them they have decided that the issues is because of old scratched CDs even though a new one played the same way as the so called " old scratched" CDs . I tried to report to both entities these old CDs played in the old radio they replaced and I have not used the replacement radio for the CDs until recently. I do not know if the problem I am having is a manufactured flaw in the replacement radio but they state my case was closed and they " stand behind" the case managers decisions. So here I am with a CD player not working like the old CD player.
