Impossible to get customer service support from Ticketmaster.
Tried all the FAQ - did everything they said - no support!
Tried the Bot -it just left me hanging after all he Q&A, saying a live rep would help me - still no response 3 days later.
Tried the email - no one answers - sent multiple requests - 3 days later no response.
Tried the phone numbers - they say no longer providing phone support on one number and always says busy on the other, redirecting to the FAQ, then hanging up. Been calling for 3 days

I sold Miami Dolphins tickets on January 3, 2016 and have Benin trying unsuccessfully to get payment. Every time I call customer service I get the runaround. This is a month now. I will be contacting corporate for further assistance . Very disappointed in such a professional company

My name is Esthela Delgado I recently left a comment for a very helpful and very professional representative by the name of Nathan. I am now leaving a review/comment for an individual by the name of Clint and his position is Consumer Support Specialist. Unfortunately, Mr. Clint and I started off on the wrong foot. He seemed very rushed, slightly aggressive, and constantly interrupted me. However, he did resolve my problem very much so. He did do his part as far as returning my phone call in less than 1 hour which I greatly appreciated it for the fact the I'm a very busy District Manager for my company. Nonetheless, Mr. Clint and I finally met at the same page and left me as an extremely satisfied customer. My only problem was I asked if I could be transferred to leave a positive comment/review but for some reason he "accidentally" hung up on me. So as an old employee of a call center, my only feedback to Mr. Clint is to have more patience for the customer, don't rush your job, we customers of Ticketmaster too get a little frustrated at work you're not the only one Mr. Clint who's having a bad day. We're all human. Thank you once again for resolving my issue and transferring my tickets to the nearest location. I deeply appreciate it Mr. Clint you saved me a lot of time, gas, and saved me from an unhappy daughter. I wish you the best in your job.

My name is Esthela Delgado I called Ticketmaster in concerns regarding the tardiness of my tickets by mail. I spoke to a Representative by the name of Nathan from the call center Mr. Nathan showed very optimistic attitude including: amazing communication skills, wonderful professionalism, and most importantly a great deal of patience. Initially, I started off as a very upset and unsatisfied customer, but after the on phone experience with Mr. Nathan he once again proved to me that Ticketmaster has one of best Representatives than any other ticket/event seller. I highly recommend Mr. Nathan be given the chance to be promoted to a supervisor or management position so he can help and share with his fellow coworkers his skills/knowledge on how to always satisfy customers. And by doing so, leaders like Mr. Nathan can help build this fine corporation to bigger heights. I would know management, I myself am a District Manager for my business. Thank you once again Mr. Nathan for your exquisite customer service. I wish you the best in the Ticketmaster company.

I am so cross as my husband as had £100 ticket master voucher for his 40th wanted to go watch cricket in manchester in sept,but cant purchase because not ticket master,even though we on ticketmaster website.tried football and other things but can also purchase this is a massive con a waste of £100 then to top it all of theyve gotta be used by june.i think this is a total con and should be explained when purchasing tickets from any store..

Totally appalled with handicap Tickets I was suppose to have purchased through ticketmaster. Found out tickets were not in my name when I had to complain about blocked view and not being in handicap accessible. I am currently submitting a complaint to NJ attorney general's office. May not get reimbursed, but hope to expose some of these scams that are targeting
Innocent people trying to have a nice day out.

I spoke today with a representative and bought tickets (2) for the Christmas show at Radio City for 10 a.m. on Friday morning, Dec. 19.

I used a gift card and my AMEX card to pay for the tickets.

The rep said I would get tickets by email.

None came.

I called tonight and answered prompts for customer service but was told that my phone number was not recognized.

I must tell you that the salesman seemed to be incapable of taking an order---I am not sure he could understand even my email address.

But where are the tickets????

Dealing with ticketmaster is a NIGHTMARE!!! No one picks up the phone at customer service. The website does not work. No one is able to help me purchase tickets!

This is the most ridiculous customer service I have ever encountered. There is one phone number and no matter what time of day I call it is busy. I'm trying to cancel an order and the website states one must contact Ticketmaster within 72 hours of placing the order. The system makes that completely impossible. As a backup I've sent an email but have little faith that will do any good. As I see it, I am now holding two very expensive tickets that I will not be able to use. Now I remember why I haven't used Ticketmaster in 20 years.

I purchased 4 tickets to the Mannheim Steamroller Concert in Atlantic City at Harrah's for Sat Nov 29 and rcvd a receipt for 347.11 from Ticketmaster, BUT no Tickets !!!!! I called Harrah's and they said to call Ticketmaster. I called Ticketmaster and cannot get through. How come the World uses these people ??? There is no customer service, no one home, cannot even leave a msg ! So now you have my e-mail. Will you contact me ?????? PLEEZE !!!!!

Ticketmaster Stinks!!! I have been trying since 10am to buy Bette Midler meet and greet tickets - I have not been able to get through and now it has forbidden me from accessing the site and I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO BUY ANYTHING! But I am sure the ticket scalpers have bought enough already! This is ridiculous.

I have trying to buy tickets to the Blake Shelton concert on the web because I had a promo code and could not get it done. I finally got ahold of someone in your office and they said that you was having web problems. I spent two hours trying to do it and now there probably won't be any wc setting.

I'm sure nothing will be done may not be able to find who was working with me don't know. Called in at about 4pm on 11-23-13. I could bring up my tickets on screen but could not figure out how to print them. So she put me on hold and never came back. About 15 minutes later the music stopped and the phone went busy. As soon as she put me on hold I figured out what I needed to do I could have told her if she would have came to me..........Windows 8 I hate it. There was no print icon to print tickets. I just needed to open devices on the right side of the computer and click on my printer. Pretty simple, maybe there is another way to do it but that worked. Now she would know this if she wouldn't have given up on me. She could have transferred me to some one else rather then just giving up and leaving me on hold. I know I could of hung up since I had figured it out on my own but that wouldn't have helped her with the next person that had the same problem. 15 minutes I can't get back.

I had bought Drake tickets and after I hit accept, the confirmation read "Warning these seats are a obstructed view". The problem was there was no warning about these seats before I hit accept. I called ticketmasters witin 3 mins, of the transaction and they told ME I accepted the rules and terms and it was non-refundable or exchangeable but I did not agree to those terms when I hit accept. Tickmasters was unmovable about the error of non obstructed view not being stated before I hit accept. 2 hours that day was spent and 3 hours the next day was spent trying to resolve the error of there web site. DO NOT BUY FROM TICKETMASTERS UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO ACCEPT ANY TERMS THEY WANT TO ENFORCE THAT WAS NOT STATED BEFORE ACCEPTING. IN OTHER WORDS CLICK ACCEPT TO BE ROBBED/STOLEN FROM /LIED TO AND OR TOTALLY SCREWED.
