They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Horrible!!! No one gets back to you. Currently have issue pending with gift cards that I purchased for someone as a gift!! Worst mistake ever......never ordering from them again!!!

I have spent the last 45 minutes attempting to purchase '1' pre-sale accessible seat for a family friend to the Mary Chapin Carpenter/Marc Cohn Concert @ the Mt.Winery located in Saratoga, CA. Mt. Winery on-line instructs accessible seating buyers to CALL Ticketmaster @ 800.745.3000 in order to purchase tickets. The Ticketmaster ticket REP at that #, (Charlie), could not process thr presale request stating that it was only available on-line. When challenged on policy, Charlie transferred me to CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE "Victor',who after a few minutes of searching, dropped the line. I had to call back, got ticket representative, 'Brittany' who said she could not process the request without a promo code. (There is no promo code provided when following instructions to purchase accessible seating by PHONE)!I was transferred to CSR 'John' who after trying to help, informed me I could not purchase only 1 accessible ticket; the purchase had to include a companion ticket!
My Husband and I are sitting in "regular" seating and are trying to take our dear friend who is a quadraplegic!!!! to the show. I am so frustrated at the poor policy and/or customer service at Ticketmaster. How can you do this???? Not to mention being a lawsuit waiting to happen, it indicates that Ticketmaster is not providing the same customer service to its disabled patrons. I am purchasing the tickets for Jay, (he has a name, because he is physially unable to do so...Why do you make it so difficult for folks to bring a disabled friend to one of your Ticketmaster/Live Nation concerts??? I can't believe this can happen. Please respond. Susan J. Ronnback, a LONG time Ticketmaster customer. 916.396.1521
