This is the most ridiculous customer service I have ever encountered. There is one phone number and no matter what time of day I call it is busy. I'm trying to cancel an order and the website states one must contact Ticketmaster within 72 hours of placing the order. The system makes that completely impossible. As a backup I've sent an email but have little faith that will do any good. As I see it, I am now holding two very expensive tickets that I will not be able to use. Now I remember why I haven't used Ticketmaster in 20 years.
