I'm can't under stand how you stay in buisness as your customer service is horrible. I paid for 3 years and transfered it to another vehicle. It transfered I had free service to the new car. Then you cut off the service in November when I had 2 years remaning. Then you cut the service off to the other vehicle which I was paying annually because you didn't get a credit card or debit card too. You didn't because you changed the amount by one cent and kept drawing money out of my account. I had to close the account to keep you from steeling money from me for a radio I didn't have.
I'm sicking the Missouri attourney general on you in 10 calender days not buisness. SO that is 5-29-2013 Love the Radio but you are bunch of un ethical buisness people.

I called three times to subscribe to Internet access also. Each time I was placed on hold for 15 mins or longer likely since I just hung up. Not sure why this is such a difficult thing. You would think this would be easy to take care of and they would want the business.

Sirius xm overcharged payments to my account without my permission for 6mths of service... ripoffs!!!!!! Im cancelling today.

your customer service really sucks. I have called 6 times to take care of an issued. four of the times I was disconnected. no one wants to understand the problem.

Just had the worst experience with Sirius. Called 4 different times, terrible english,ended up cancelling my subscription, been a customer for 5 years. Does anyone have a number for them where you can talk to an american, or the best time of day to call when they switch over to America. Thank you.

Poor programming, too many commercials (on talk/news channels). Impossible to cancel - very time consuming on the phone.

Awful service. I've spent almost two hours on the phone and still don't have my service restored. One guy talked down to means was rude. The last supervisor I spoke to hung up on me.
I asked for a service representative in the United States. When I called the number I was in Manilla, still with someone reading from a script and didn't know what to do. Repeating what they say is their way of dealing. Their English language skills are very limited.

I purchase new truck that came with one year free subscription. I traded a truck that had 6 months left before renew, wish should have giving me a year and half before renew right. However, when I transfer my old subscription to my new truck the guy made a mistake and offered me a free subscription to internet radio. A year goes by a get a invoice in the mail, I call sirius to see what happen to my 6 months that was left and the told me sirius use my credit for internet radio then the guy started to argue with me I ask to speak to a supervisor the guy told me there was no supervisor there and continue to argue with me and hung up on me. I call and the next person started to argue with me.

Has been a complete nightmare dealing with these people. Somehow they got my account mixed up with someone else and keep saying I requested a transfer --- I didn't. Have been on calls 3 times, chat rooms twice all for long periods of time (at least 45 min. each). Each time, they get my radio back on and then within a few days I go thru the same thing again. Extremely frustrating and definitely the very worst customer service I've ever experienced.

wait on live chat over 45 minutes. 7 minutes on hold and then connected to someone who is worthless who after several minutes with him transferred me to technical support and after several minutes on hold was disconnected. you have got to be kidding me. i pay for this service and have none and have worthless customer support

I have sirus on my vw new beetle. On my car the battery failed. I went to dealership for vw they told me my radio is working, they also checked the module. I then called sirus they kept telling me to go too channel 0. Channel 0 never showed up they said I should buy another radio (cost over $1000.00 .i did not accept this, I have always paid my bill on time. I want this or another replace the vw radio for free. I see no reason why I should pay for anything.



I now will contact the federal trade commission for extortion. I will also contact vw corporate for the same thing including my time spent to correct this mess.

I have subscribed to Sirius for about 8 years now. Initially, just to listen to NFL games and my team's home announcers. Originally, music sounded okay (although I didn't subscribe for the music channels), but now it sounds awful; overly compressed, swishy high end like it's being run through a cheese grater. I've heard 24kbps internet audio streams that sound audiophile compared to Sirius. I would guess that adding endless, useless channels like Playboy, GQ, lesbian channels has caused them to compress more than ever. Plus, the 60s channel (which used to be one of my favorites) has this legend-in-his-own-mind yap-master that won't shut up named "The Cuz" (or whatever) and plays 50s music on the 60s channel and seemingly works on that channel 24/7/365 -- I want to listen to SIXTIES music, not some moron yapping about nonsense! And now, I can't get Sirius channels on my new car that only comes with XM, and thus I can't listen to Fox Talk? The price is too high, the quality (both sound quality and programming) is WAY too low, and these days you can find most if not all of the same programming at higher quality with a smartphone. This 8 year subscriber is done with SiriusXM. Oh, and when I called to cancel, I got the hard squeeze by two different representatives who spoke poor English .. and I had to give the same information multiple times, and I would answer a question and they would ask again. Sirius needs to hire Americans who speak English and also possess common sense.

I called to order accessories....was talked into buying 2 reconditioned vehicle installation kits. When availability was checked by the customer service rep, I was told they were sold out and was told to call back. I wasn't even given the option of buying what I originally called to buy. I was on the phone for 45 minutes. I bought on Ebay instead. Customer service reps need to learn to talk english.

I just renewed my subscription and I have a major problem with the way that it was handled. We purchased a new car with the three months free trial, the car we traded had xm radio and it was suppose to be changed over and our payment from the traded in car added to our new car but this was not done. When we traded in 2010 from a Tahoe to the 2010 4runner this was done. I have been pleased with xm then siriusxm but I fell that I fell through the cracks. When I was explaining to your sales rep (Silas), I felt that the 3 months free should have been added to the existing account which I have had with you for over 4-5 years or more. I just went through setting up a new account with only a $20 credit towards the 2012 4runner. This seems unfair. Johnny Roscoe

I had to cancel my subscription to Sirius as my radio is broken and I can no longer listen to it. The automated answering service said the wait would be about 8 minutes and it was, the customer service representative was helpful and offered me a free radio if I wanted to pay shipping, which I did not. She cancelled my subscription without a problem.

Horrible. They will automatically rebill you after your 1 year subscription unless you clearly state not to. They tried to rebill my credit card and I had the number changed last year so they couldn't. Their customer service is based in Cairo Egypt and their English is atrocious and they don't really want to help you... They just want to make commission on an activation then say "bye"! First guy offered me 134/year. I was transferred to customer service to take my credit card # then he tried to bill me for 179$ and said it was the best rate available. After the 3 rd person they got it right. Then the guy (insert choice blue streak of words here) hung up on me while he was activating my radio because his shift ended @ 11 eastern standard time and it was11:14pm. I had to go online and reactivate it myself. Do not deal with these people. Ever!

I was informed this morning that XM/SIRIUS is cancelling FOX NEWS for their customers to access. IF that is true, we will no longer be happy customers and will pass that on. IF you cancel Fox News, you will be controlling the news access to the most popular cable news channel and that is politically based. If you do that, you cannot be considered a legitimate news source, in my opinion. I hope you will rectify that problem ASAP. Your customer service helper I spoke to said that you are "working to correct the problem with the Fox News company" or words closely to that effect. I expect a response as to whether or not this is accurate. Thank you.

Customer Service nightmare....i have now been transferred for the 10th time. my issue started by purchasing an extension antenna recomended by a rep....only to discover I have the wrong product. Please have US knowladgable representatives available.

The worst customer service ever.
Not only is it next to impossible to reach a human being, but when you do, their English is bad, and they do not understand what the customer needs are. Neither do they have proper knowledge of the product, service and billing.
