Horrible. They will automatically rebill you after your 1 year subscription unless you clearly state not to. They tried to rebill my credit card and I had the number changed last year so they couldn't. Their customer service is based in Cairo Egypt and their English is atrocious and they don't really want to help you... They just want to make commission on an activation then say "bye"! First guy offered me 134/year. I was transferred to customer service to take my credit card # then he tried to bill me for 179$ and said it was the best rate available. After the 3 rd person they got it right. Then the guy (insert choice blue streak of words here) hung up on me while he was activating my radio because his shift ended @ 11 eastern standard time and it was11:14pm. I had to go online and reactivate it myself. Do not deal with these people. Ever!
