Have been trying to get our sons galaxy s5 phone unlocked which was locked due to a factory reset. Son has a Samsung acct, tried to input it and the phone will not unlock. Have called Samsung numerous times with several ticket numbers given and all declined by Samsung, claiming we/he did not send proper proof the phone was his, when in all reality, it most definitely is his phone. I oughta know, we bought it the same time mine was purchased at the verizon agent in the Costco store. They keep right on claiming it's not enough proof when he has sent the receipts, a letter from verizon and everything else under the sun to prove it is his phone, yet they keep denying the tickets time after time after time. Was promised a phone call today, that phone call did not come, so we have a useless s5 that cannot be used, barely a year old. Our next step will be to go to better business Bureau, consumer affairs, fec, and every news outlet we can get to listen about how deplorable he and we have been treaten by samsung. He's on the phone with them every day to get this rectified, they still say NO. He drove 100 miles to a service center with the hopes they would be able to fix it, after calling them before he left. Walked in the door and was blatantly told, well that has to be sent in to Samsung so they can unlock it, yet Samsung denies him every dang time. To be honest, I am livid at this point. I pay our bills to verizon for two phones and a note, and one phone cannot be used due to the lock. Worst company ever, worst customer service ever. They don't even let you know a ticket has been cancelled, they just make you call again and again, only to have numerous tickets cancelled. Rep has even written down more information, but because Costco does not have the receipt stamped with some stupid number on it, they just continue to refuse, refuse, refuse!! This has gotten to the point of pure ridiculousness, and I am one po'ed and unhappy customer! Either they fix the phone or I may as well flush it and hundreds of dollars down the toilet!! Am I annoyed, you bet I am!! Will be calling congressman, cbs, nbc, abc, consumer affairs, better business bureau, and every other place I can think of!! Go ahead and try talking to India China Bangladesh and try understanding a word they are saying. Have asked numerous times to be transferred to the USA, and they flat out say, NO! Send the info he needs to get this fixed, Samsung or the wraith will continue until the day comes you fix his unusable phone. You locked it, you unlock it!!

I am a new customer to Samsung,I switched from Iphone to the new galaxy note 7. I am disappointed that there is an issue with the phone. I know Samsung is owning the outcome but I feel that sprint may give me a hard time exchanging my phone. Even though my phone hasn't explode it does gt warm at times, even when I'm not charging the phone. My disappointment is that I switched because friends and family spoke highly of the phone.

The services extended by your agent in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for Samsung mobile phones are bad and below Samsung standards.

This is really unfortunate.

Warning do NOT purchase from Samsung. Customer Service is designed to block client feedback.

We have a High Efficiency Washing Machine but due to allergies my wife prefers standard detergent. When we raised the issue that Samsung does not expressly advise against use of standard detergents and tried to interpret page 25's comments about cleaning efficiency as an argument to void service, Samsung despite repeated requests to get this in writing and to talk to the legal department about the wording was blocked. Indeed escalation of the complaint leads to "accidental" termination of phone calls. It is virtually impossible to share information. Lest the reader think that I was irate or rude, the answer is no. I have other Samsung devices in my home and I can promise the reader that when they fail, they will NOT be replaced by Samsung products because of the structure of the company's failure to communicate effectively with clients.

Phone overheated I talked to a rep at customer service. She said to send the phone in to be looked at bc this is a manufacturer defect. Three days later I get a bill for 182 due for repairs. This phone melted my charger cord so I was sure it couldn't be fixed. Notes on ticket says software upgrade to OS was needed, as though the rep I spoke with made no notes about the overheating. I called and said for them to send my phone back and get a call the following day from the repair guy about payment. Doesn't anyone read or make notes when you call? I mean for such a big company, the customer service is horrible. More than a week without my phone now. Thanks a lot. Very unhappy

I am totally upset with my Samsung washing machine. Spent about 900.00 on it . It is out of warranty now. Finally got a service person here who told me the parts are over $700.00 ,without labor. Parts shouldn't cost almost as much as the machine. Samsung's only response to me is that it is out of warranty,so we can't help you. Don't ever buy one of their appliances!!! I expect a wager to last longer than 5 yearsC

Ever since the Lollypop update, my wifi keeps disconnecting and will not stay on. I've resaearched this problem, tried all suggested steps to no avail. I also read all forums/chatrooms and it looks like all are having same problem. Samsung either needs to send out a patch/fix or send us a way of unloading Lollypop so called update and go back to Kitkat. The rumor is spreading that Samsung is in cahoots with service providers to force people to buy more data gigs by putting out a bug to disable FREE WIFI.

I have an idea:
What if you combined an HTC M9 with a Samsung Galaxy S7. Use a duel micron mix of 3.2 and 9.8 Make the inner antenna technology match up to that of a cicada, use a black diamond in the screen, use gorilla glass, and waterproof the phone? You could call it the Samsung Galaxy S9 Pro.VE

I bought a new washer and dryer less than a year ago at Lowe's. The washer turns out to be the one that has exploded when some people had their bedding in the washer. Now my dryer is not drying. It has never done a very good job. I am only one person so it gets used not often. When my ceiling fell in in the garage I think I lost the receipts because the people who cleaned up threw it away with all the insulation. Lowe's says they have no record of it anymore ,I need my receipt even though I had it delivered to the house. Is there any way you can help me out with the situation? It is less than a year old and I am very unhappy with this. My name is Cheryl McCullough

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy s6 a few months ago and have had issues with overheating, freezes in the system(apps., camera), and button sticking. I've taken it in multiple times and because of small issues such as not having the account holder with me they've given me the run around...fine, but while I was in the store my screen OVER HEATED AND CRACKED in my hand. Everyone in Verizon seen it and the manager as well as assistant made note of it and said they'd send it in along with my problematic and now broken phone. Samsungs tech support failed to give them a "tech ticket" and they also failed to send in the notes so Samsung sent back my phone not only with the existing problems that were not my fault but now my phone will not charge. The last thing I want from Samsung is free product, but if there's any possible way you can just take this crappy phone back so I don't have to keep paying on a piece of your junk and I could take my money else where that would be greatly appreciated.

I posted this on YELP yesterday. You can contact me

On March 30, 2015 we purchased a 3,478.50 Samsung refrigerator from Lowes, it was beautiful! We had owned our previous GE Profile side by side for 16 years and it died (it NEVER dripped from the ice dispenser). Thinking that we were really upgrading to a 4 door in style refrigerator we were excited. WRONG, we had the product for about 6 weeks and almost from day 1 the ice maker dispenser would "DRIP" water, how irritating, it was staining the ice/water area and I was wiping it everytime I passed by and kept a napkin at the bottom of the tray. After multiple calls to Samsung and performing all of their "troubleshooting steps" I requested they send someone out.

The tech arrives and informs me that he better find something wrong with the refrigerator or he will have to charge me for a service call?????? Then he proceeded to lecture me on proper care of the product and what could I possibly expect with an ice maker that is in the refrigerator and not the freezer, of course it will drip, limit the times you open the fridge, expect condensation, making more drips, blah, blah, blah....... Then he fooled around checked some lines declared it fixed and left.

Granted whatever he did lasted 10 months (just after the 1 yr warranty ran out) then it REALLY STARTED TO DRIP, as time passed not only did you get ice you also received an unwanted 1/2 ounce of water as well. I called Samsung, oh its out of warranty, asked for a supervisor who wanted me to pay for the "diagnostic" ($65.00) and they would cover cost of parts, we argued until he finally agreed to send a technician and they would cover the fee. I get a call confirming from the repair company but they never show, I call them and they tell me that Samsung refused to pay for the evaluation??????

I call Samsung, clueless, renegotiate, and a tech comes out. Nice kid oh the freezer needs to be resealed and the water line was hooked up wrong, 45 minutes later he leaves. The freezer still drips (but not as much as before) but starting yesterday it's hardly making ice! So I just came back from buying a bag of ice at CVS.

Samsung you need to rectify this problem I would NOT recommend your product to ANYONE after this past years experience.

Feel free to call me you will have my number tomorrow, from Surprise AZ.

I recently bought a Samsung TV series 4 and in less than 6 months it quit working was told by the sales clerk that Samsung was the way to go. Boy was she wrong! I would recommend that before you put a product on the market you test it.I will never buy a Samsung again.Very displeased.

Was on line searching for a dishwasher, read a review about the 1 i was considering, she bought an 'open box' is happy w/product it had been scratched! I called the store to see if the 1 i was considering was on display, it was, I was told they had one as 'OpenBox' too! So, I did purchase the 'Open Box' w/the info. of it was returned & missing the manual!!? At the time of purchase I was asked if I wanted to take out a 'protection service' for 3 yrs. or 5? I had 15 days to return it & within 15 days could then purchase 3/5yr. The drain hose was smashed & cracked & the end was cut off! it still had soap in the dispenser, BUT it had '2' manuals plus1 for washer/dryer?? I cleaned it out we cannot run it,the tub goes up through the back unit and requirers time and parts. I have considered the 3yr option. I called Samsung & asked,"why they don't require (their distributors) a reason for return or clean up the product before selling?
I had Samsung run the model&serial # to see if this was a recalled, it was NOT. I am running it today for the 1st time in the garage, just in case the gorilla tape doesn't hold!! update will follow!

I have a Tab2 10.1 that I use daily for my work to keep in contact with my customers. Samsung told me I had to upgrade the software, so after ignoring the message for a few weeks (they said it would take 3 hours to update), I finally said "yes". The upgrade never finished and my tablet no longer works. Tech support said I would have to send it in for repair, but they couldn't tell me how much it would cost. When I insisted on an estimate they said they would have to call me back. I have waited three days and nobody has called. When I told someone at Best Buy about my problem, they said that this is typical of Samsung. This really sucks. I am now stuck with a tablet that doesn't work. I will tell everyone I know NOT to buy Samsung.
