Dear REPRESENTSTIVE!
I bayd the cellphone SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 5 on May 1,2016. It worked wery well 2 month and 20 days.However,last week it works very bad.So, during a conversation my cellphone switches off completely. What can I do?Can I send it to you for repair or exchange? If yes,at what address I can send it? Please,help me.I have great respect for the company Samsung. Thank you in advance.
