About your design of using two doors in stead of one door on your refrigerators looks good but not as easy and comfortable to use

buyer beware. they hold your money while they "review" you to purchase their products.
72 hours is what they say, and customer service is not.

no one speaks English and lie. do not buy from them.

It's terrible service. I bought unlocked phone Galaxy Note 5 for 600$.Few month after screen became purple, then blue and black at the and.More than half of year Samsung can't fix it. I spent a lot of time on phone calls and money. And I spent my guaranty. I went to office Samsung and Nothing. Because phone is unlocked they can't fix it.What?I must sent this phone to manufacture. Without vaucher how? its a company with worldwide reputation. Its a terrible to have a such service in USA.I had once again to buy another phone .

Obscenely grotesque customer service by nasty agents who speak pidgin English and do not want to help you with any problems you encounter with Samsung's crap products. I was even asked to provide oral consent to being charged for a service call for a product still under warranty "if the technician finds nothing wrong with [the TV]"!!! And they were already telling me, pre-service-call, on the phone, that my problem "is not the TV." Liars and crooks.

There is no customer service. I have been trying to find out the answer to a very simple question for five weeks. My question is: Have you received my Rebate Request Form for my recalled washer? No one can give mean answer, they say wait a few days or someone will call within 2 business days. No one calls.

I was approached in the King of Prussia Mall about Samsung phones (I have a Galaxy 5). Thinking there maybe some updates I entered my email. Only after that the staff wanted to take my picture. I refused and walked away.
This is an unacceptable way to do business.
Since my phone is ready to be replaced, I will not be buying a Samsung

Every time I purchase a Samsung phone and I have for several years! The company takes more and more encroachment into the phone pushing sales and or services! This is my last Samsung phone! It's a shame that I am taking this attitude because I really liked the phones but I guess thats not good enough for the company. I'm on lease with my S6 but will be on lease or purchase no more. My tv picture went after 11 months. it wasn't a cable issue.
So I spent 2-3 hours trying to get it working.
I spoke to Phillipines was put in hold for hours and no resolution.
I am disgusted.

Our microwave just stopped working after 3 years. Called Samsung to see what they could do to help. After talking to supervisor, Samsung cannot do anything. We were not looking for a them to pay for a new one. Anything would have helped but they offered nothing. Samsung has gotten many bad reviews and obviously does not have quality products any more. We will not be purchasing anymore Samsung products.

We bought a sansung refrigerator in May 2016. In October 2016, the ice maker stopped working. We called Samsung certified service and they gave us a guy in Dallas eventhough we live in Houston. The certified svc guy in dallas told us that the warranty expired 1 tear after manufacturing not 1 year after purchase so we out of luck. The warranty paper we have clearly said 1 year after purchase. What kind of bs is this? We want Samsung to fix the $2,600 refrigerator.

I have a top loading Samsung Washer and I cannot get a response for the repair of the washer. This is outrageous! My Washer is going to explode and I cannot get help.

will never purchase another samsung product; all samsung wants is to have you (the consumer) troubleshoot your problem; they do not want to help with the problem.

I purchased a Samsung microwave, which quit heating. After three visits from repair services, the heating problem was repaired, but the door failed causing the unit to start even though I didn't want it to. After 8 calls to CSR, three canceled exchange tickets, and no success in speaking to anyone but the initial 800 number level of help, I called the manager of the store where I purchased the microwave and was allowed to return it for a different brand. Samsung is abysmal in its customer relations.

Samsung's customer support on the equipment sales is the worst I have ever seem. My range stopped working less than 30 days after it was purchased. After calling Samsung and getting a ticket repair number, I had to call and get in touch with the repair company to set up the repairs. For this call I was on hold for 47 minutes. After I found out how long it would take, I called customer service and spoke to a supervisor, he stated he would call the repair company , he was on hold for a long time and I could not stay on the line after 30 minutes. Again, no help, just sorry. It took 21 days to get a technician out too look and the range only to learn that it will take two (2) or more weeks to get the parts and return. Everyone tells how sorry they are but this does not help you get a meal cooked. I don't ever see me purchasing another Samsung product, really wish I had not made this mistake. I am now waiting on a call from Customer service, not very optimistic I will get any help.

In 2011 I bought a new Samsung Front Load Washer and matching dryer, a stacked set. Last week my 45 year old son and I both had been noticing the cloths were not very dry any more and it was banging in the spin cycle. I bought them from Sears and I called their service people and they came out on Wednesday. The technician checked it out and gave me a written estimate of the repair cost. I could not believe that it would cost $907 to repair the washer that I had only paid $600 to buy only 5 years earlier!!! So I told him no thanks and I bought an American made machine with a 5 year warranty on everything and 15 years on the transmission. It is expected to last 25 years. I will never buy Korean again. Your appliances are junk!! You should be ashamed to put out such poor quality machines. Wish I had not wasted my money on them.

Samsung is not very much help. I called today because I have a Samsung Galaxy 5. I've had it for approximately 1 year and 4 months. It has been fine up until about a month ago, it started to get very hot spots. Two days ago, I had it on the charger, I received a phone call I unplugged it and answered the call. When I put it up to my ear, it was so hot it burned my ear. A week ago I went to AT&T and explained what was happening about it getting hot. They sent me out a new battery, I changed it, but it's still doing the same thing. Sometimes it's so hot you can't hold it, so I called Samsung and was basically told, too bad there's nothing we can do.I took it back to AT&T, I was told that some part ( the man told me what the name of the part was, but I'm not going to waste my time ), So today I'm on my way to purchase an Apple phone. Thank Goodness, I almost purchased a Samsung television but something told me to think about it. I'm so glad I did because I have a Philips television now and it's been great. I was only going to buy a larger TV..If I do go to a larger size, guess what? It will be another Philips...Samsung appears to be more about price then quality.

I called Samsung today and told them my Galaxy S4 was on the charger all night (like normal), when I woke up to grab my phone, it was very, very hot and burned me. The charger melted along with my phone and smelled really bad like it was about to catch on fire. The customer service rep said they can not do anything about it because it is not under warranty anymore. There was even a brown/burnt mark on my dresser from where my phone was at. I swear if I would of waited another hour it would of caught on fire and potentially catch my house on fire as well. I am not sure why I am not getting a new S4 in the mail. I will take them to court if I have to. I know the notebook 7 is on recall at the moment but why is it not a big deal if an older phone melts. I've never had problems with it before, it just happened out of no where. Any suggestions or tips of who I should call?? It would be much appreciated.
