I like to leave a comment on your garbage commerical with that garbage rapper lil Wayne ...total disgrace I guess it's wise to use this dirt bag to sell your product ...I'm a Veteran and will never forget his walking on the American Flag for one of his useless rap video's, who is the idiot or idiot's who come up with these ideas I guess it a sign of the times in this country when pouring booze all over a phone by some freaky looking douche bag is acceptable but then again again What should Samsung care just another foreign company polluting and sucking this country dry ...just feel sick seeing

I've owned a 50 inch Samsung TV for almost 5 years and the screen has multiple lines thru it. I've had the TV in the same place for those 5 years. I've contacted Samsung multiple times by Email and still no reply. I would appreciate if Samsung would explain why my TV has these lines. I would also appreciate if Samsung could fix this problem. I have been treated very badly by the customer service department, they make up a new excuse every time I call. Hung up on me twice. Called president of company left message. No return. Still do not have my dishwasher fixed since 12/29/15

I try to reach corporate office with my question but I can't get thru.
I'm looking a 4.5 cu ft front load washer in RED why you do not make it anymore?
If is one size smaller 4.2 that is OK too.
Can you give me some idea where to get it or it's been discontinued?

In the past (2-3 years ago) I had efficient help setting up the remote to my smart tv. Today no one answered the customer service number provided with the tv booklet. It took time to find an alternative number on the internet.

My issue: I needed to set up a new remote as the old one was damaged in a (gentle!) drop about 12 - 18 inches onto a soft carpet. Maddening, because the new remote (like the original) is pricey -- $90. The new device was not syncing/working as expected and during the troubleshooting experiments with the service rep my call was dropped. The agent helping me had taken my number in case this happened. It's been 30+ minutes and I've not been called back. So disappointed, as I was pleased with the customer service in the past.

I work for Envoy Ground Services in Wichita, KS. At the Wichita Airport. As of June 2015 we have been without our break room Samsung TV. We moved to our new airport in June 2015, hung our Samsung, turned it on and realized something happened to it during the move. The only thing visible is a cracked screen. We miss our Samsung. We relied on it for weather and accident reports as well as entertainment during down time. We were wondering if there might be a warranty or any discount you could offer, managers say it's just not in the budget. So for now ouZr Samsung just hangs on the wall unable to give information. If there is anything you could do to help us get out Samsung up and running would be great!

Not sure if the design of the stylus pen is all that great of a design. I droped my note 5, all was well except after the fact that my stylus was gone. Im assuming the impact popped the stylus out and left me in awe as to it being gone without my knowledge. Now im without a stylus pen.

My wife purchased a note pad 3 and within one year has had continual issues (problems). She has lived with this because we purchased multiple phones (all Samsung) and we are still paying them off. My wife and I are very disappointed and we're hoping you could help us out with a return and credit on what is owed against her phone so that we may purchase a new Samsung phone

I own 4 Samsung products. All 4 were bought and manufactured in 2013, since then I have 2 products that broke down. One being the refrigerator Model RF31FMESBSR should make 10 pounds of ice. Have done all the trouble shooting in the manual and ice-maker will still not work. But since it has been over a year no warranty for a $ 3000.00 refrigerator. Washing machine Model WA456DRHDSU/AA has a digital board and the washer can't run on any cycles without being off balance and a stopping. But since it has been over a year no warranty. Called to get a SAMSUNG repair service to come work on both of them and it will cost me $ 139.00 to get someone there maybe by Friday. The service can't guarantee they can fix them, but would charge me for every trip they make. I can't wait until Friday to wash clothes for 7 people in my home with 2 being babies!!!!

Called Samsung support because local service center said I needed a ticket number before they can do anything. My tv is out of warranty so I'm prepared I'll need to pay for repairs. But the support guy wanted me to acknowledge and state that I will pay before he would open the ticket for me! And if I decide not to have them repair it, I would still need to pay because the ticket has been opened, otherwise they'll come to my home to collect payment! He finally opened the ticket but said I would need to cancel if I decide not to have the tv repaired. This ticket is not an appointment. It's just for local service center to call me. Ridiculous. Is Samsung now charging just to open a ticket? I will never buy from Samsung again. They're not the only company out there.

Horroble!!! You wait for at least 40 minutes, then they transfer you to someone else and no one ever answers! I gave up after another hour. Will not buy anymore samsung products and I currently have 2 smart tvs and a Galaxy.

Worst product ever. Don't buy a Samsung washer. I have had mine for less than 2 yrs and now it doesn't work. I have called customer service 3 times and they will do NOTHING About it. I should of stuck with GE or Kenmore. All I wanted them to fix the machine but they are no help at all. Worst customer service ever !!!

DO NOT buy Samsung J2 smartphone. I bought it on October 27, 2015. Less than a week after purchase, the phone started to shut down on its own. What's worse, it won't let me turn on every time it shuts down . I have to remove the battery and put back the batter for the unit to turn on. SO DISAPPOINTED!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH SAMSUNG!!!!!
DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES. i wish I would have done more research before purchasing an entire kitchen of samsung appliances!!! Refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. Three years later and only one works the dishwasher!!!!! AND I dont even cook so I have no clue how the stove is down. Plus it has been 5 weeks and there is no solution to my problem. They only promise to order repair parts and here I am...... a family of 6 and no fridge. Buy whirlpool> way better product and customer service

I purchased a Galaxy phone from my telephone carrier n I loved it in the beginning I have only had this phine for 2 months maybe not even n it has stop working.. I called my provider they want a deductible mind u it has insurance ...I think it's crazy ..so I decide to call Samsung turns out they can't help me either ...n to think I referred this brand to many of my family n friends ..I think a replacement would b nice or reimbursement but they can't even do that ..that's a total rip off..

Samsung washer and dryer are of poor quality , don't wash properly and the dryer needs to run at least 2 hours to dry 1 blanket Inferior quality for the price of $1800.00 for the set . Would have been better off buying the old type , more efficient . AS for Samsung Customer service , very rude , not understanding or knowledgeable about their products . We were hung up on at least 3 times in 2 hours when we asked to speak to a manager . Very uncooperative to get our laundry set serviced . Will not buy another Samsung product again . If I had the money , would throw out washer and dryer and buy another set with another name on it . Very disappointed by this outcome . This set is not even a year old . My old Kenmore set was still good but gave it to my son . Maybe II will give him this set and take my old set back .Also , service company isn't much better than Samsung

Just wanted to let Samsung know, I will NEVER buy another Samsung product again! Spent over $2000.00 for a refrigerator that does not WOR! 1st one they had to replace, wouldn't make ice, this will be my 3rd phone call for the same problem!! Does not make ice! So I'm going out and spending money on new fridge filters, bags of ice, which I shouldn't have to do! My fridge isn't even a year and a half old!!! And you Samsung support team is ridiculous!! It's like we have to take the she fridge apart and do tniet jib for them and then your fridge still doesn't work! Very disappointed in Samsung!!!!
