I am very disappointed at the service I received at your store in Balfour Shopping centre. I am a loyal customer and attended at the store to print a picture urgently of my Dad who passed just a few days before.
I was attended to by Timothy,a new face and I enquired about printing a picture from my iphone 6 plus he arrogantly told me that there was no way of Kodak printing this but I would have to go and save it onto a memory stick and come back to print. I immediately saw a familiar face "Rodney änd requested him to pls assist me, timothy arrogantly further advised me that he had already advised me . I advised him that I want Rodney to assist me . needless to say timothy assisted another women of the same race to print pictures from her .....iphone. I have never been treated with such arrogance and racism from your store. I am saddened by this. Rodney assisted me and advised me that timothy is from the greenstone store. I am not sure I want to come back, is this the type of people that Kodak employs. pls assist hereto.

WOW service tech was rude Acted as if he was late for lunch Told me I was dumb be cause there web site did not work, see dumb I can type it in.



All I wanted is to fix my printer Not to be insulted.



I own a small business and work a lot with my printers this was my 3rd Kodak.

I would appreciate it if I could talk to an American about my printer problems instead of somebody in freaking India who you can't understand basic english, and every time you ask them to repeat themselves they say it even quieter. I tried to get them to connect me to a agent in America, but quote said, "there are none and none available", which is a bunch of crap. I just wanna be able to talk to someone who knows what they are doing, so I can figure out why my Kodak all in one printer ESP Office 2170 Series won't connect to the wifi in my house. Kodak is a terrible company who needs to get their customer service support fixed or they are gonna lose a lot of customers.

I would like to complain about the owner of the Kodak store in Morningside Shopping Centre, Johannesburg. The mans name is Dean and he was incredibly rude to a lady in the store. His language and way he spoke was appalling. To speak to a customer like that was disgusting. It is so sad that people like Dean are representing the Kodak brand. I hope he will be contacted and dealt with by Kodak head office.

only ink cartridges I had that worked were the ones I got that worked are the ones I got directly from kodak. every cartridges I buy at the stores never print & are non returnable.

Have a all in one 5200 got steadily slower over time has now printing blank pages with full cartridges shall be looking for a new printer won't be kodak

To whom it should concern
I have been residing in this country for over 16 years now and I have never in my entire life recieved Customer service as I have in your St Luke's Auckland store today ! I will never step foot in any of your stores again
I usually use our local Kodak store which happens to be West City Henderson but previously just found out they're not their in the Mall anymore and as I have the Kodak App I decided to go to St Luke's ... Big mistake
Alex the assistant supposedly stand in Manager was pleasant enough on arrival but throughout the time I was doing my absolute best to try and go through the process of choosing sizes and different colours for my photos
her patience grew extremely thin very quickly ! In fact the other lady working there took over her role of assisting but unfortunately she started huffing and puffing as if I was asking for the world !!!
It actually got to the stage were I was too 'scared ' to ask for anymore help!
I nervously asked Alex how to change the sizes to a 5x7 as I have a really cool project to do over this long weekend.... The other lady stepped in as Alex wasn't 100% sure, showed me what to do but unfortunately had showed me the wrong size .
I returned 20 minutes later and realised what happened then I proceeded to let them both know ( I wouldn't normally complain but it cost me over $95 )
That's when Alex decided to throw profanitys at me, informing me that I was talking a load of crap ( her words not mine ! ) and I just had to get over it !!!
I have never been spoken to like that in my life.... I came away from your store with 2 sets of photos pretty much the same size !! I've been home for almost an hour now a I'm still shaking and still in a state of shock. This whole experience has really knocked me for six so much so that I'll probably never return to St Luke's
Obviously Alex and her assistant were having a hard day but I would seriously question why she chooses to be in customer services roll, perhaps she should maybe have some serious training in compassion for other people and more customer training

I totally know what you mean when you say Kodak is not what it use to be. I'm ready to buy another printer although this one is new I have tried to reach Kodak for two solid weeks
off and on and all I get is someone I cant understand the last person just a few minutes ago
hung up if you are ready to buy a printer do yourself a favor don't get Kodak. All I wanted was
help with installing my printer I have purchase a new computer and cant find my CD to install
my printer I tried the web site and same thing very poor I will never buy anything from that company again. If you read this kodak and want to help make sure it is someone of the USA
I will not talk to someone I cant understand, I bought my product here and would appreciated the same curtosey

I purchased a Triple Pack of black ink cartidges 10B and when the package was opened there were only two cartidges in the package. I was extremely disappointed and felt I had been ripped-off. Customer service told me to take it back to the store. I'm not sure that it is the store's responsibility.
I think it is time for a new printer!

I tried to get info about my camera a easy share Z1012is all I get is a run around and can not even ask a question. with the problem I have I wish I never bought the damn thing you offer no help at all. Kodak sucks.

I spent $27 on a single-use color water resistant Kodak camera because I wanted The Best I could get for an important trip where I knew the camera would get wet. The problem is Kodak today is not once it once was years ago. The camera is junk - the film advance mechanism broke after less than half the roll had been used. I tried for an hour to get "customer service"...it was a waste of time. They don't care about supporting their camera customers anymore. I am DONE buying Kodak products...it is too bad that a company that once led the field now produces garbage and doesn't care. If I owned Kodak stock I'd sell it - the company is doomed and deservedly so.

I bought a Kodak Playfull ZE1 and it would not read my SDHC card. I figured out (on my own) that it has an outdated firmware. I went to the Kodak site and the given instructions would not work. I called tech support and was only told that they could not care less about the camera buyers as the no longer make cameras and therefore offer no support for them. They could however fix it for a fee if I sent it to them. With such a lack of concern for customers and absence of customer service and support I will not buy anymore Kodak products.

not only is the 1800 number you have printed on your throw-away cameras inoperable, but the person speaking the unintelligible message (to hang up as we not longer provide service) doesn't even speak english very well!!!!!! what a terrible website, that you can no longer speak with a 'human'!

the longer gets a human response nor do ANY of the listed 1800 numbers suggested by others also trying to reach a human with Kodak camera information!

I am so very unhappy as, I had got a new pc & went & put my Kodak easyshare cd in my pc & well it would not download the pictures & through a lot of searches I found out that the easy share program was no longer in use.....so now I am stuck with a camera that I can not get my pictures out to put in my pc???

Not helpful at all, you do not sell ink cartridges for Office 2150 Other than the XL #30.
They are too expensive and don't last longer than the regular cartridges.I know I have been using them for over 3 years. The ink in any cartridge does not last long at all and I don't print a lot of stuff.The black ink makes letters come out light.Halfway thru the cartridge I have to buy another one , when the one I have is still have full.This is not the best printer I ever bought. Its a waste of money for me since I am a senior, I can't afford to waste my money and that's all I do with this printer.

This is really frustrating that you get a camera and you think it is going to be easy and you can't get it to work. I hope that I can find a support at Kodak and get this downloaded or something so I can have my pictures.

I would like to go on record and let people know Kodak products should be avoided. I purchased a zi10 digital camera 1 year and 7 days ago. The touch screen controls don't work and the camera is usless. Kodak's warranty is an iron clad 1 year. They want more to repair the camera than to buy a new one.

I have a Kodak printer which prints photos or other material from the scanner about 1/4 the size of original. No instructions came with printer. On line instructions cannot be read easily unless they are printed. How can I print full size from the scanner?

I am very disappointed with the service from your company. i recently moved and the soft ware for installation on my computer got lost . I wanted to see if there was a way of ordering what had been lost was a viable option. I was not able to reach a live person to see how to resolve this problem. Thanks you Mike Barden

I purchased a Kodak ESP C15 a little over a year ago and it recently stopped working. I followed the customer support directions on line and the printer still did not work. After calling the customer support services personnel, I was told the printer could not be fixed and was offered a renovated printer for sale!! The customer support service is more concerned with making more money selling their own repaired printers than actually helping you fix the one you have already bought from Kodak! What a racket! I asked for a phone number to contact management personnel outside of customer service and was not provided with such information!!

Customer service is the worst ever! Can't get to a person unless you pay. I bought Playfull Zi12, the manuel is online, but the web address given is invalid. I love the camera but will return it if I can't find help with the phone number given on this website.

I have an Easy Share camera. I have some difficulties using it and I received no help at all. I couldn't even connect with a real person and to top it all of you wanted to chart me $15 to get to a real person. It is no wonder that Kodak is in the dumper. I have used Kodak film for years but the company sure has gone down hill.
