To whom it should concern
I have been residing in this country for over 16 years now and I have never in my entire life recieved Customer service as I have in your St Luke's Auckland store today ! I will never step foot in any of your stores again
I usually use our local Kodak store which happens to be West City Henderson but previously just found out they're not their in the Mall anymore and as I have the Kodak App I decided to go to St Luke's ... Big mistake
Alex the assistant supposedly stand in Manager was pleasant enough on arrival but throughout the time I was doing my absolute best to try and go through the process of choosing sizes and different colours for my photos
her patience grew extremely thin very quickly ! In fact the other lady working there took over her role of assisting but unfortunately she started huffing and puffing as if I was asking for the world !!!
It actually got to the stage were I was too 'scared ' to ask for anymore help!
I nervously asked Alex how to change the sizes to a 5x7 as I have a really cool project to do over this long weekend.... The other lady stepped in as Alex wasn't 100% sure, showed me what to do but unfortunately had showed me the wrong size .
I returned 20 minutes later and realised what happened then I proceeded to let them both know ( I wouldn't normally complain but it cost me over $95 )
That's when Alex decided to throw profanitys at me, informing me that I was talking a load of crap ( her words not mine ! ) and I just had to get over it !!!
I have never been spoken to like that in my life.... I came away from your store with 2 sets of photos pretty much the same size !! I've been home for almost an hour now a I'm still shaking and still in a state of shock. This whole experience has really knocked me for six so much so that I'll probably never return to St Luke's
Obviously Alex and her assistant were having a hard day but I would seriously question why she chooses to be in customer services roll, perhaps she should maybe have some serious training in compassion for other people and more customer training
