I have a Kodak Office Hero 6.1. This is the worst product I have ever made the mistake of purchasing. The ink cartridges "time out" on you and stop working regardless of use. I have never gotten more than 50 sheets of mostly plain text, and the cartridges are still full when they stop working. The OEM ones are worse than 3rd party ones, if you can find one that works.

The unbridled greed of this company really stands out when you discover that if it doesn't have two fresh cartridges in it, it won't let you use any of the other functions
(like the scanner).

It's only a year old, and I guess it's going in the trash. I have too much of a conscience to sell this piece of crap to someone.

I purchased a Kodak 6150, all in one printer.It lasted a little over one year of very light home use before it began to have cartridge jams. When the cartridge jam became permanent I called customer service(India)
Their "solution" was to buy another Kodak printer for more then I paid for this one.
I told him, Why would I buy another Kodak product when this is their sad excuse for customer service?
He agreed with me...

I have had an ESP5 All-In-One printer for approximately 6 years. First one ordered had a problem with the lift arm - Kodak replaced free of charge. Had a problem with printhead on new one and they sent a new printhead and extra combo (Blk/Color) cartridges free of charge. I cannot complain about this printer. I just had to order a new printhead and other than a problem with DHL Global delivery service, I expect to be using this printer for another 6 years. I use this for personal use and photo printing but it does get a lot of use.

I purchased a Kodak 3.2 printer 12/2012. used it until end of June. printer head went bad. Used my ink cartidges do troublecheck, very costly. They did send a new printer in July....that too went bad...printerhead again. I troublechecked as they instructed. Ink supply went from 30% to less than 15%. They said they would another printer...the sama as I had, this time they would do trouble shooting before sending..mind you the second printer was new. I asked them why would I want another of the samre kind and same prblems. They would not refund my money. I ask them to send cartidges for the printer since I used mine troubleshooting..what a joke. Would I recommend kodak to anyone...not in a million years!!

I purchased the wrong printer ink for my kodak all-in-one printer and tried to return it. I was told by the biggest super center in the US that they would not refund or let me exchange the product. I contacted kodak directly and was told they too would not refund my money or exchange the ink for the correct one. They told me that I could buy the correct ink I needed or buy a printer that would match the ink I had already purchased. Ofcourse why wouldnt I waste more money on a Kodak product?!!! What a joke? Customer service was a joke, its hard to argue with someone you cant understand.

I have spent well over an hour and a half trying to get satisfaction and/or information about the failure of my Zi6 pocket video camera to work. Instead, all I have gotten his frustration and disappointment that a once admirable company to provide service on a product bearing their name unless I pay what seems to me an inappropriate payment to do so.
My only suitable response is I guess just to never buy Kodak products again.

What a waste of time, In the first place I can't understand anything the rep said and they weren't any help. I continued to tell the man over and over that my printer wasn't working and he kept telling me to check the cords and "look for a flashing light" I think I'm more than capable of checking 2 cords that go in the back and knowing there is no flashing light. You would be better off to buy a new item (NOT KODAK) than to waste your time with customer service. Basically, I got no where and I finally just hung up the phone.

I bought and used a Kodak EP3. I used it for about 1 year for home use and moderate print quantities. It began to splash ink on the photos. Kodak told me it was a print head problem and was not warranted. I just quit using it.

My Friend gave me a brand new Kodak ESP3250 and I set it up last night. It splashed ink just like the other one on glossy paper. Tech support told me that is was the print head and if I had the receipt they would replace it free. I had no receipt so they would not help me. This is a brand spanking new printer.

Bottom Line do not buy Kodak Printers.

By the way their tech support is outsourced and support people are hard to understand.

I agree with the last comment, I bought a 9250 and I have had the same experience. It won't print black/white copies unless both cartridges are not low. I paid the most I have ever paid for a copier and I won't buy a Kodak again. There was no telephone listing and on their website not a page for customer support unless I wanted it repaired.

I purchased a Kodak ESP 5250 Series printer and this is the worst printer I have ever used. I only get 50 copies out of a Kodak 20XL print cartridge. This is making it too expensive to use. Why would you produce and sell such a product? I had an HP before and would get at least 200 copies printed and the cartridges were cheaper. I will never purchase a Kodak printer again. My Kodak camera is fabulous. I have the 5.0 Mega Pixels and love it. I have had Kodak cameras since my first Kodak Brownie model but your printers are very poor quality.

I have a KODAK Camera manufactured in the year 1910 ( Patent 1910 - 1913). This model, I think is now antique, till today in good condition. I have the Kodak ESP9 which now also only prints the first page of multiple copies. My Kodak Easy Share program will no longer email. A window states it cannot connect to the Kodak server. What a shame....this was a wonderful company at one time.

I bought a Kodak Pulse photo frame in Nov. 2012 that allows pictures to be sent to it via email. It was for my 93 year old mother's enjoyment. It died in March 2013 after just 4 months of use. It has a 12 month warranty. Kodak's response is a replacement that does not use emailk on a WiFi connection.
This company has really gone downhill.

I just brought a wireless printer. Now I find out that it doesn't support airport. Kodak is the only printers that none of their models support airport. They will never get my money again.

I have a 15 month old Kodak 2170 and it stopped printing 2 months ago. I bought brand new ink and it still will not print! I am so mad about this. I see that others have had the same problems. I called for help and an Indian person answered, I said never mind due to his THICK accent and he called me back 3 times in two minutes! Why can't we get quality products and service from American companies??? I feel duped!

I have a KODAK printer ESP 7250. My average price per copy is now about one dollar each. I just purchased a new cartridge and the first test page did not have green or yellow in the mix. I will never buy or recommend this product to anyone, again.

I am so angry! I cannot believe that I spent 129.00 for this printer. Once the color ink is gone or evaporated if not used, even if there is black ink, it will not print in black and white or even scan so that I can print from my school owned Brother printer. I am just sick! I am a teacher and we all know teachers make very little and this printer that I purchased was for my classroom but it is mine. I use it almost everyday. Since it said that my color was gone, I took it out shook it hoping that it might print in black ink since my black ink is brand new. 10bKL. Oh no, just splattered colored all over my room, but obviously not enough to scan or print with a new black cartridge. Kodak is a fraud! This product was highlighted on Celeb. Apprentice and it doesn't tell you on the box when you buy it that you have to keep both black and color full. The ink may be cheaper, but HP ink goes farther and yes you can print and scan even if the color is empty. YOu just have to keep the color cart. in the printer. Now I find out that they are no longer making these printers! Gee I wonder why!!!! I just wonder where I'm going to buy ink since they have stopped making the printers. YOu call and of course you call INDIA! So much for the good ole American company! I hate this printer and what I think is that Kodak needs to send a case of ink to my school. Several teachers were suckered into buying Kodak instead of HP or Brother. Now we are stuck with printers that only work if your shoving money into the color ink slot. I rarely use the color but it just seems after awhile to evaporate even if I don't use it. The lady from INdia told me today that it is designed to use the black ink and color ink cart. even if you're only printing in black and white. NOw I know why I can shake it and ink goes everywhere, but it sends an error code and tells me to purchase more color ink! I"m livid. I will never buy anything Kodak. They are a sorry company and anyone who buys their products should be warned. I demand something be done. When a company defrauds the consumer then they need to make it right! I will be raiseing hell until somebody listen. I may even write Donald Trump and ask him why he let this sorry company on his show.

I attempted to use the online chat with Kodak and was speaking to "Zaffar M." which I'm sure was in Kansas.... (JOKING) I purchased a Kodak ESP C310 in August for roughly $129 and it is NOW skipping....practically only printing every other strip. I spoke with this Zaffar who stated that according to my info on the box (proof of purchase) that my warranty expired on 7/18/2012....I asked him how this was possible since I purchased the printer in August. He tried to push me to purchase a refurbed printer after I stated I wanted the contact address and phone number for the company as I was going to report them to the BBB and I was going to contact a Consumer Lawyer for faulty product and refusal to replace or repair under the company 1 year warranty. KODAK SUCKS!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Yet another unhappy customer here. No wonder these guys are going under! The customer service people (at some call center somewhere) have been making me jump through hoops for days now: please enter this information, please scan that information and send it to us, please call this other number, oh sorry, that person isn't here right now and I don't know the answer. I am totally fed up and AMAZED that any major company has customer service this bad!

Been dealing with these people for a week, cant get any one to speak clear English, cant find an american phone number, First tech to call back after working for 4hrs unresolved, no call back, I call them and he does the exact test again to no resolve of course. On the phone with them now trying to get them to fix their software problem for my ESP 3250 all in one printer!

I got a kodak m532 camera and I have been trying to call for about 3weeks and have gotten no where. The camera has a cracked LCD. The camera still takes pictures well.but you have to quess at object. I have always used kodak, printers and cameras. I have purchased at Kodak ESPC315. After I finally was able to get a hold of someone, like always not american I couldn't understand her at all. I told her what my problems where, which was my printer would print it green, so I changed the ink, then I printed again, it did the same. Then it just stoped working all at once. The damn thing won't even turn on. What really sucks I have to have it for my college. When I talked to the woman, I told her that is there anyway that I can get a voucher? she then ignore it and said turn on the printer. I was like ummm I can't what part don't you understand... SO now I am out of my MONEY becuase kodak won't return my funding for the printer... WIth that freakin said,, I will never buy kodak again. Now I have to buy a new printer when I just bought this one, SO VERY ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They think we are made out of money, will that is freakin false, we make a living but not enough to keep buying printers when It's not your fault that it won't work. THEY NEED TO EITHER REPLACE IT OR REFUND MY DAMN MONEY.

have a prob with Kodak Pulse...sent out and it was returned but did not work...after 30 min wait finally talked with a customer service tech...he got my email incorrect..could not understand english letters...12/11/12 called to talk with kodak cust svc...started with a 10 min wait and then was increased to over 30 min wait...on and on about the wait...finally hung up after 35 min wait. Where is Kodak??????the Kodak Pulse will be returned to Il for repair.......(Charlie)
