Alcatel is the worst phone I have ever owned,and I have owned a few. It seems to have a mind of it' own,and it doesn't work correctly 90% of the time. Alcatel designers should be ashamed of themselves for marketing a piece of work like this. I can't think of one positive comment to say about Alcatel.
This phone Alcatel One Touch is the biggest i've ever had to deal with Alcatel customer service sucks.... Nobody answers the fÃ?Â¥cking phone. Alcatel designers need to be brought out back of the barn and fÃ?Â¥cking shot in the head. If you don't have someone to do it I might be able to help you find somebody on the internet let me know I'll have him get in touch with you so they know where to come and what Barn they all be lined up against.....
I have been trying to reach a customer service person at Alcatel in Canada and for 3 days I have been on hold at least an hour each day. No one is answering the phone I've also send email. I need someone from customer service to call me regarding my Alcatel Idol 3.
Alcatel one touch is the worst phone I have ever used. It's an all day project simply to access voice mail or delete an entry.At the present time, my phone can only be used fro emergency calls. Every listed number is "not in service" How does such a compnay stay in business? Time for another phone and company.
Hi everyone I just opened a account with boost mobile June 27-2016 witch is a get cell phone company but not even a day later I had to take the cell phone back to the retail store because it was not allowing me to call or even make it to the dial pad I had a hard time getting another one from the guy but I did I go home and the next day the new phone being the same kind as the one I just took in started doing the same thing and I have been calling Alcatel for about a week now the first few days they kept hanging up on me before I could even say a word then I had one of the boost mobile guys get thru for me and of course they got thru fast and when the Alcatel guy ask me what was the problem I started to tell him and he hung up again. Now my 7 days is up and they want me to pay to have it shipped so they can repair it. Wow its crazy because if I bought a brand new car off the BMW lot that BMW is going to run like its new and if not its there responsibility to fix things not have me pay to fix the car I just bought brand new.
I have somehow got my phone on reset. don't remember Gmail accoutnt. just bought phone 3 weeks ago. can not use it. been on hold an hour tech support. using someone else phone. the wrong number is given for support on gvt. phones. I really would like to get problem resolved. I have called the boost office several times. and no one can help me get into my phone. this has become a major problem. I'm disabled I can only afford my monthly things, and drs, I splurged last month to start a boost account. I really like the service more than strait talk. my friends number I can't get to a computer to check email. and can not use my friends phone all day and night waiting to get problem resolved. I bought an Alcatel Fierce from PCS Metro approximately 5 weeks ago within three weeks after the purchase the phone starting shutting off apps cutting itself off cutting itself on and I've had other problems with the phone my memory is only one third and I like to know if I can get this phone fixed or replaced

I am so disappointed in this phone! I had the Evolve and it was a good phone. I ended up getting a different phone for a while. So when I needed a new one I wanted the white phone (I can't remember the name of it)! It was always out. So I got the Evolve 2. I didn't get the warranty because I had no problem with the last one. I always loose calls, then end up on some bizarre app instead. I can't run Facebook most of the time. I have had this one barely over a month. Just past the 14 day when it started with this. I have to resend texts over and over. When I can afford to get another phone, it won't be one of yours!
This sucks!! Bought Alcatel onetouch nova lte but its stuck on the start up screen asking me for the PREVIOUS google registered user name and password before i can use the phone. What the heck! Walmaet wouldnt take this crap back because of this issue claiming i must have registered it already. Stupid idiots i just bought it and only turned it on. But cant get passed this stinking screen. Alcatel sucks! But of course its not made in USA anyway so there u go
Knowing what I know of import/export it is time to crush Alcatel. Here is how we do it. Wal Mart is their biggest customer. Wal Mart doesn't want to take them back. I am taking mine back to them and everyone who has bought Alcatels needs to start tomorrow doing the same. If Wal Mart gets a huge number of people bringing them back coupled with hundreds of complaints, point to this site also, they will go after this junk peddling scam like wild tigers. I knew the Walton family, trust me, Wal Mart crushes junk peddlers that dump their garbage in Wal Mart's lap. Dealing with several large retailers I assure you Alcatel will be gone or start making sure their junk works. So lets get busy today and don't stop. Complain here, at Alcatel, at Wal Mart stores and online everywhere including Wal Mart for being a party to the scam and continuing to peddle the junk with a rating on this site that is below sewage level. Trust me! Wal Mart will burn these guys to the ground. First thing, they won't pay for the phones they have, second they will demand their money back for everyone they take back and lastly they will demand the money refunded they did pay for the ones they have in stock. Companies like Wal Mart regularly crush trash like Alcatel in this exact manner.
