Hi everyone I just opened a account with boost mobile June 27-2016 witch is a get cell phone company but not even a day later I had to take the cell phone back to the retail store because it was not allowing me to call or even make it to the dial pad I had a hard time getting another one from the guy but I did I go home and the next day the new phone being the same kind as the one I just took in started doing the same thing and I have been calling Alcatel for about a week now the first few days they kept hanging up on me before I could even say a word then I had one of the boost mobile guys get thru for me and of course they got thru fast and when the Alcatel guy ask me what was the problem I started to tell him and he hung up again. Now my 7 days is up and they want me to pay to have it shipped so they can repair it. Wow its crazy because if I bought a brand new car off the BMW lot that BMW is going to run like its new and if not its there responsibility to fix things not have me pay to fix the car I just bought brand new.
