Absolutely the rudest, most condescending people I have ever contacted for help. What a complete waste of money this junk phone is and a waste of time trying to deal with Alcatel is to understate the situation. I have the new Sonic and they can't even find the information to help me, if they cared to, which they definitely don't. Dealing in international trade I can tell you Alcatel is nothing but a build and dump company. Definition: A company setup for the sole purpose of building the cheapest possible product that will barely function, then offering bare minimum support for appearance only and when the market won't buy the junk anymore they fold up shop. This leaving millions of people with trash they paid hundreds of dollars for and no recourse.

I was sold a faulty Alcatel T-Pop handset by Carphonewarehouse on the 22nd of January 2014.





The handset comes on but does not respond to any touch further. I returned end of March and was advised to contact Alcatel directly which I did. I sent the handset to SBE Limited early April and received it with a note that it is unrepairable on the 23rd of April. I contacted Carewarehouse who insisted I contact Alcatel as there is nothing they can do.



I am being tossed to and fro and I am unable to use the handset after 3 month of purchase.



This is an unacceptable level of service to your customer whose error is buying an Alcatel phone. I do not want this to get to the level of creating an anti-Alcatel forum online before my handset is replaced with a functional one.

Awful responses and their OneTouch USB Stick for Internet (X220Y) doesn't work on a mac (Mavericks) at all, even with the new drivers. Tried emailing them - NO RESPONSE - don't use them!

i Bought cell then they go out of bussiess [Revol] Now they say phone is crap to use for paper weight. What service works good with these phones. Most are crap service like T-Mobile and pageplus.

My alcatel phone doesn't work properly. My phone freezes it don't load correctly it don't allow me access on the internet most of the time it runs slow. I have to force close and reboot my phone take the batterey out and I still have problems. Alcatel is not a reliable phone!

customer service was horrible the recording clearly said to have the imei # ready and the rep didn't even ask for the # didn't check anything on it he just said to go to the website and send it in! no help no happy customer!!!

Very poor customer service; poorly trained and misinformed employees; company is not user friendly at all; they do not help clients with their replacement parts. Unbelievable that they are still in business. hard to get the telephone number to even work properly and they don't seem to care.. I won't buy from this manufacturer again.

I have had my Alcatel about 3to 5 weeks.peice of crap! when u touch screen to make any command, it will turn off and on.the place I bought it from will not help me.will not buy another one.

I buy a phone Alactel one touch 4030D in Ipswich, Quuensland, Aiustralia, the phone after two months completely failure, have claimed hundreds of times and Alcatel customer service does not respond, the company Fonabiz not responsible for repair phone I think all my money perdere, Alcatel is a company NOT RESPONSIBLE. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.

Hello. Im using alcatel one touch 990, and it has blocked requires my google email account to unlock it, but I have entered my email for many time but it denies. What must I do? please refer or extend my mail to the relevant place if id needs be. Thanks very much.

I have the Alcatel one touch 995 with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) software on it. Lately my phone has been sending and receiving text msgs SUPER late. Sometimes I won't even get them at all. My phone has also stopped alerting me of new texts. And when a new message is trying to come in, my phone will not let me access my phone dialer or my contacts until the message has fully come through. Also, when people try to call me, they either get forwarded straight to my voicemail, or it will ring on their end but not mine. Then when I finally receive their call, I get complaints that they have called me a bunch of times but I did not pick up. This problem has gone on for long enough. I've tried taking out my battery and my SIM card but neither has helped. This can not be good for making business calls if this problem continues. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!

i have purchased alcatel 810D one touch phone, one problem m facing by unknowingly i have sent a phone number into rejection mode but i could not retrieve it, if any one knows please let me inform to , and customer care no also not responding and their website not updated, please help

I agree thereservice center is the worst.i thinkthey give you the run around.i willnever buy another phone from acatel again.i am going to better business bueraltoday if I don't get results today.

HORRIBLE!!!!! I will Never buy a an alcatel phone again. The customer service is very poor, and they always tell me that the supervisor is not availble....this is my first and last time dealing with this company.

Worst customer service ever. I was hung up on 5 times, told I couldn't follow directions, didn't know how to pay attention and that a supervisor was not available until tomorrow, maybe in the afternoon, and maybe I should call back then. My mother then called, as she is a lawyer, and was treated just as badly. Deplorable. Don't waste your time.
