I BOUGHT 3 NAVIGON 5100 MAX UNITS. I'VE GOT TO SAY THEY HAVE WORKED FLAWLESSLY! MY PROBLEM IS THAT ONE OF THEM WILL NOW ONLY CHARGE FROM THE USB PORT ONMY COMPUTER. THE 110V OR 12V CHARGERS ( ALL SIX THAT I HAVE WITH THE 3 UNITS)WILL NOT CHARGE THIS ONE UNIT. OF COURSE I AM RUNNING INTO THE SAME WALL AS EVERYONE ELSE AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE ISN'T ANY! THEY HAVE PULLED OUT OF THE COUNTRY.. FROM ALL OF THE OTHER COMPLAINTS ON THIS SIT I CAN SEE WHY. TOO BAD I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PRODUCT. WORKS EASIER AND BETTER THAT THE BUILT IN GPS IN MY 2009 LEXUS LS460!
