I don't think there even a customer service at all!! I've calling and live chat on their website for days and weeks and always say they are closed or just ended my chat whenever I start!!! so frustrating!!!!
I've bought a cordless vaccum and an extra battery and got a charger by mistake, I paid for the FEDEX to returned the charger and now I can't get hold of anybody for my refund, not only I lost money on the charger $50, I now lost $50+ $25 on Fedex!! so $75 of total lost and time I spent chasing them!!!
Don't buy from them directly if you need any help or warranty service!!!!
