On 3/9, I ordered 2 pastry rings to be picked up at The Lodi store at 6:10 AM on 3/10. When I walked in at approximately 6:15, the girl behind the register noticed I was looking for an order that wasn't there, and asked me for my last name. She walked over to talk to the girl behind the coffee then went into the back. The girl from the coffee moved to the register to help a customer that came in after me. After helping that customer, she then asked if I could be helped. I told her that I was already being helped, that I think the girl went in the back to get my order. The employee behind the counter then informed me that they don't have pastry rings that I ordered right now. When I said something to the girl, she didn't understand my point. I am not upset that there were no pastry rings, what I'm upset about is that no one informed me that they didn't have my order. Why didn't someone let me know right away and I was left waiting until after helping other customers? I would have ordered something else, but I was so upset I walked out. This is the second time I have had a negative experience at this store and can't believe how unprofessional the employees are. I wish I would have asked for their names. Thank you for your time.
