Bought the camera attachment to go along with the Leapster Explorer and no matter what we try, it will not work. The icon appears on the device's home screen but when you touch the icon it says camera has been disconnected, even though the camera is firmly inserted. Have tried all manner of uninstalling & reinstalling, unplugging & replugging...nothing works. Attempted to contact customer service yesterday and spent 45 minutes on hold before hanging up in frustration, because I have 2 small children, and really, I don't have 45 minutes to sit around and wait for someone to answer a phone. Currently attempting again and have been waiting on hold for 35 minutes. I am not pleased.
