I have never dealt with such imcompetence, bad business practices, and ridiculous customer service. I purchased a brand new LG refrigerator less than a year ago. The freezer and ice machine have not worked for 7 months now. Both my husband and I have been on the phone with at least a dozen customer service agents. 6 or more different techs have come to our house to "fix" the freezer with no success. Various parts have been mailed to my house with no resolve. I have asked multiple times for my money back or a replacement refrigerator only to get the run around and "we will look into it" response. On 1-12-22 I actually got hung in with customer service trying to get this issue resolved once and for all. I will NEVER get another LG product again if this is not resolved.
