your technician has left me on hold for over an hour. this seems to happen whenever i place a service call. i've not been given a ticket number so as to obtain status re the scanner on the copier. this is not customer service. if you don't have the person who can fix, then why do we pay for a service contract? i will not recommend we buy xerox when we make our next purchase.
