This company is ridiculous. Nobody ever answers the phone. We pay for a service and then when there is a problem, there is nobody to speak with. I sent an email and I got a response that they would respond within 3-5 days. What a joke. Who can wait that many days when there is a problem. Maybe the company will have to pay if anything has happened to my son and I can't locate his car. I have received over 30 notification in 10 minutes about the car. It is the same notification over and over and over but I CANNOT locate the car. This is ridiculous. There should be 24 hour support service. I better get a call or email ASAP or I will report this company to the better business bureau. RIDICULOUS
