I'm a designer in Nashville, yesterday I was returning some items and somehow was missing my receipt which were on my clients card. The store manager at Cool Springs, GENNY, was more than helpful. She took the SKU #s and went back and by computer (I guess) reprinted my original receipt, cheerfully credited my clients card in the kindest of manner! I didn't want to confess to my client I had misplaced the receipt, thus not being able to get her refund. Granny saved me that experience and I wanted to give her my appreciation by this positive report. I will continue to shop Ross for a multitude of home furnishing items!! Oh I almost forgot, it was the tail end of tax free weekend and tho things had slowed a bit, I know she had been crazy busy for3 days and could have used a break, instead she went above and beyond, making me one satisfied customer!!
