I temporary have no wifi so my data has reached its max, and your now charging me the 5 dollars for each gig i go over thats fine but your charging me for something i dont get, you slowed my data down and my music, vidios, movies dont work, they all keep starting and stopping, can't charge your customers for something that dont work, you cant have it both ways, either turn it off so i dont get billed for it or keep it going and inform me that im getting charged a fee for my overages, but paying for something that dont work is taking advantage of your loyal customers, ill pay the 5 dollars no problem just dont screw it up were it dont work ok, fix this or your customers will go elsewere so we will get what we pay for.
