I have activate my card like three weeks ago and my detrict deposit and i soppose to get my check in my card but they told me they need my imformation so i let my employer email my infor.And they told my employer that they going to call me to viafly my information but they never did.i call to check my card its said its still pending. I try to call customer service they disconnect me everytime. This is a scram people please dont deal with netspend because they say all this protection just to take your money. The guy name john that i spoke too he sound like he india i spoke with him for two day try to get my money in my dirict deposit in when last week on friday i told my employer to help me out with netspend after he done i call the same person with the same voice but different name his name now is kyle said that they going to call me back but never did. What kinda goverment work is this i need to talk to head quarter
