GE products are NOT what they were 20 years. I bought a dryer in Jan.2016. It quit working April 28. It is June 14, and I still do NOT have a working dryer after 3 trips by repairman and a promise from GE Consumer Relations two weeks ago, I would be getting a new one. Calling customer relations does NO good. They promise you things or HANG UP on you(pretending not to be able to hear you).
