I was not able to access it for YEARS (you can check this) and was asked by my credit card company why you were still collecting monthly fees from me for the past 7 years. I would like to speak with you about how to bring this relationship to closure so that you are no longer collecting fees via my credit card. I have spoken to our family attorney.
