I just came from the Bayfair Old Navy in San Leandro, CA. I could not believe the condition of that store. It was filthy dirty! The floors were awful, they don't look like they have ever been cleaned. I was happy with the customer service but they really need to do some heavy duty cleaning! I would be very embarrassed if it were my store!
