I've been a loyal Snapfish Customer for years, and I always order quite a few Christmas presents from the Snapfish website. This year my order was such poor quality that I cannot even use them to give as Christmas presents. I contacted the joke of a customer service center through email about this, and they didn't even acknowledge my issue for the most part. I re-contacted them and just keep getting the standard message that someone will get back with me soon. 6 days later I still haven't heard from anyone, and you have no way to speak to a live person on the phone. This is ridiculous. I am planning on removing all of my pictures from the Snapfish site and will move my business to some other company who actually cares about its product and its customers.
