I just returned from the Hertz at Fat.I got there half hour early and the clerk was very rude. He said I would not be served until 5:30 on the nose. When I asked why he said that's just the way it is. I couldn't believe it. I went out and checked and there were many many cars out in the lot. I had a reservation so I didn't understand. I went back at 5:20 and he said the same thing. No one was in line. There were only 3 cars rented while was waiting. Another employee offered to help me and he said no to them. I have bronchitis and waiting was painful for me. He was the rudest customer service employee ever. When I finally did get my car the employee (Brittany) was most helpful and polite. This man scared me. He looked at me with great disgust and anger and I have no idea why. I will never rent from Hertz at the airport again this guy was over the top rude and did nothing to help me or explain anything. He treated me like I was dirt. Why do you have people like this in your employ?
