Hi this is a sad excuse for a company. I'm a 27 year old female who had a Ryder employee hit the front end of my 2015 Malibu. Ryder first gave me incorrect insurance information. Next they have horrible communication and I had to start to recording calls because they gave me false claim info then didn't get any info for a week. Then I was told I won't get a rental. Now they claim full responsibility and now won't pay because it will cost to much. Next went I had to physically go into their office an employee who I told my story to said "good luck we are shady"
